«Location was OK. A bit far from Port Louis where I was commuting to (like 30-40 minutes drive after peak hour), but I chose that so it’s OK. I wanted to retreat. Getting taxis after 8pm as a foreigner without local taxi apps is a nightmare so be conscious of this. The cleanliness was wanting. First day big cockroach emerges crawling and at check in the manager just stomps it and kicks it out. No issue but the stain is was on the floor next day when I returned, unmopped! I also found a smaller one on the coffee table, smacked it with my slipper and left the carcass there to test if it would be cleaned as I’d read reviews about bugs and cleanliness needing improvement. It was still there till I messaged concierge to complain about poor cleaning. The dishes also had some stains on some days and the kitchen counter tops were not cleaned with one day me finding cooking oil residue on it after I’d made an egg, exactly where I left it. Again, to test cleaning rigour. The extra kitchen/ dish cloth that was folded and left in the drawer also had flour residue. It obviously wasn’t cleaned or even checked before being returned. On day 2 I was met by a huge flying cockroach on my bedroom wall that I used all the Doom on (thank God they provide this in the apartment 🫣) as I’m petrified of bugs and huge flying ones at that! I left the carcass on the floor after battling that creature for like 30 minutes to test housekeeping and thankfully this one was removed as I left it in plain sight. I had to tell concierge at check out that cleaning in this place needs massive massive improvement. Otherwise it’s a great huge space with great amenities and fittings, loads of parking space and well located for a vacation. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special. Concierge was proactive in communicating and the security levels are good. They charge a $/€550 deposit on top of the accommodation rate at check in so read the fine print. But it is just a pre-authorization on card so instantly released to card, if you damage nothing. If cash, it’s also instant at check out. I would return, but they need to work out their housekeeping and fumigation issues.»

«Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It's important to understand that this is a three-star property, and it truly lives up to that rating. Don't expect anything more than what is offered here. I would say this hotel is more of a club-style accommodation, making it especially suitable for the Mauritian summer, as the weather here can be quite windy and even a bit cool at times. The service is excellent, with very attentive and responsive staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets are diverse and delicious, featuring a wide selection of dishes tailored to European tourists. The hotel is not new, and some renovation work is ongoing in certain areas. The beach is small but well-equipped and atmospheric. Upon entering the sea, there are some stones at first, but then you can swim comfortably. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much; however, I would appreciate better cleaning in the rooms and some renovations to update the rooms' interiors.»

«The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points. The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself. Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.»

«Hotel complejo típicamente Mauritius muy bien organizado y encantador que ofrece muchas actividades y bien situado para radiar en el norte de Mauritius. Todo está disponible para que la estancia se desarrolle perfectamente (asistencia, actividades, visitas, taxis, etc.) Varios restaurantes ofrecidos en el lugar (restaurante de bufete y restaurantes que destacan la gastronomía local) Incluido en el precio en la mitad de la pensión y all in. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y también destaca la cocina local. El personal está escuchando y muy útil. Para información, póngase en contacto con los restaurantes para poder disfrutar de las diferentes cocinas locales (indio, mauricio y chino). »

«Отель прекрасно расположен, можно сказать, через дорогу от пляжа, в 6 минутах ходьбы супермаркет Winner’s. Очень тихо. Сервис от некоторых сотрудников оставляет желать лучшего, но другие компенсировали своей любезностью и распорядительностью. По чистоте тоже вначале были вопросики (это касается постельного белья), но затем всё исправили в лучшем виде. В номере нет холодильника, но есть в общей кухне. В целом за эту цену вполне неплохо.»

«Добрый день,про отель:удобное расположение, красивые и удобные номера, высокие потолки , есть и вентилятор и кондиционер.Есть чайный уголок.Есть питьевая вода.Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец и пляжных тоже, каждый день.Завтраки вкусные, но лучше приходить первыми, не обновляются.Капучино отличный, а вот совсем обычный, хотя и написано, что с ванилью.Голодать точно не будете.Рядом есть прекрасный супермаркет в небольшом торговом центре, со своим кафе.Вокруг много точек с едой от ресторана Ла Каза до ларьков у пляжа.До нормального пляжа Ла Кювет идти направо вдоль побережья через отели примерно 1.5 км.До пляжа Перейбер ехать почти на любом автобусе 3 остановки .Автобусы очень быстро едут, останавливаются только на остановках.Стоят 25-35 mur.На обоих пляжах есть и души и туалеты, точки с соками и едой, шезлонги платно.Песчанное чистое дно, можно заплывать далеко.Около отеля есть торговые павильоны, можно посетить ради интереса .Минус только, мы не нашли как сушить одежду, повесили на балкончик, сдуло часть купальника, нашел персонал через 2 дня , вернули.Персонал отличный, Кимберли, особенно.Завтраки, кстати, на крыше, вид потрясающий.Очень бы хотелось вернуться.На фото вид из номера на бухту.»
