An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Очень странный отель: мы были там едва ли не единственными гостями Номера закрываются на ключ, сантехника в номерах старая (у нас потек унитаз). Сам отель выглядит полузаброшенным и находится вдали от центра, но от вокзала дошли пешком довольно быстро. Не сразу нашли вход Но! Номер был просто огромный! Кухня, зал, две ванных комнаты, спальня и огромный коридор На кухне есть множество всякой посуды, в номере маленьких столиков сильно больше, чем необходимо - на любой вкус Заявленный бассейн так и не увидели Впечатление странное, но в целом хорошее Отличное место на 1-2 дня Очень тихо

El hotel es ideal, muy grande, nos dieron un apartamento aparte del hotel. Es el hotel más alto de todo Agadir, muy amables todo y el desayuno muy completo

Elegí este hotel principalmente por su precio, su ubicación y su sala de fitness. Y para mi sorpresa, la sala de fitness fue eliminada y no se divulgó ninguna información al respecto. Esto me enojó porque se suponía que debía participar en una competencia deportiva. La habitación estaba limpia y bastante espaciosa. Buena ropa de cama. No hay problema con el baño. El desayuno y la cena eran buenos y bastante variados. Lástima que no haya naranjas para el desayuno. El personal del hotel es agradable y sonriente. Bienvenido.

El Zephir Apart Hotel me brindó una experiencia fantástica desde mi llegada. Me sentí muy bien recibido y el personal fue increíblemente atento y amable durante toda mi estancia. Mi apartamento era espacioso, con un balcón amplio y una cocina bien equipada con una variedad de utensilios. También contaba con un amplio armario y una caja fuerte para mayor comodidad. La cama king-size era muy cómoda, acompañada de almohadas mullidas que garantizaban un sueño reparador. El apartamento se mantenía limpio a diario, lo cual se agradece mucho. El hotel en sí estaba impecable y bien decorado, creando un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. El desayuno se servía en un edificio independiente junto al Zephir, donde los huéspedes podían disfrutar de una variada selección de deliciosas opciones. Podían sentarse en el interior o en la terraza, que ofrecía preciosas vistas a las piscinas a las que los huéspedes podían acceder. Aunque no almorcé ni cené allí, noté que estos servicios también estaban disponibles. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, con todos los servicios básicos cerca y a un agradable paseo de 20 minutos de la playa. En general, recomiendo de todo corazón este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia estupenda.

¡Nuestro experiencia en el Hyatt Regency Taghazout fue maravillosa! La mejor impresionante era la alegría de los miembros del personal, todos eran tan amables y cuidaban tanto que recibimos el mejor servicio. A petición, recibimos incluso una actualización en nuestra habitación, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún mejor con una vista maravillosa. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad, y los miembros del personal de Yassine y, en particular, las mujeres del personal como Asma amaray, Chaimae y todo el mundo se sentían bienvenidos. También recordaron nuestras preferencias y cuidaron que el servicio era excelente. Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.
