Desde el principio, reservé unos días en este magnífico hotel (donde me he alojado varias veces), especificando que era para una pareja de recién casados ​​y su luna de miel, y nunca imaginé que cuidarían tan bien de esta ocasión tan especial. El esfuerzo del hotel por personalizar su estancia superó mis expectativas, y todo estuvo perfectamente orquestado para que mis seres queridos vivieran una experiencia verdaderamente mágica. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Este Riad está situado a las afueras de la Medina, cerca de una de las carreteras principales, lo que hace que coger un taxi sea muy fácil. Al estar fuera de las murallas, tiene altos muros que rodean el patio, y se necesita una llave para entrar, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. El desayuno preparado por los anfitriones fue delicioso y ellos fueron muy amables.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Mi estancia en Riad Belikoss estuvo bien, pero no del todo satisfactoria. El personal es amable y el registro fue correcto. Los chicos de recepción (Larbi) y los del desayuno (en la azotea) fueron muy amables. Sin embargo, la bebida de bienvenida (té de menta) no estaba caliente. Mmm. La habitación en sí no estaba mal, pero por el precio pagado, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear (ver fotos). Espero que la limpieza mejore en el futuro si la gerencia lee esto. El desayuno era aceptable: zumo de naranja, una tortilla, algunas piezas de fruta, un panqueque marroquí (msemmen) con chocolate, miel y mermelada. Eché en falta dos cosas: yogur y Amlou (mantequilla de cacahuete marroquí). Esto debería mejorarse. Y muy importante: ¡mi café estaba frío! Te sirven café solo en un termo pequeño, ¡pero aun así no estaba caliente! El café debería estar bien caliente. Además, solo me sirvieron café solo, y después de pedirlo me trajeron leche. Debería haber estado ahí desde el principio. No había sal ni pimienta en la mesa para los huevos. La cantidad de pan que servían en el desayuno era escasa. No está mal, pero hay cosas que mejorar. El personal fue amable y servicial. Me preguntaba: ”¿Dónde está la piscina? ¿Es esto?”. En realidad, no se le puede llamar piscina. Aspectos positivos: El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El diseño de la habitación y la decoración del Riad son agradables. La puerta de la habitación (ver foto) es vieja y está verde con moho. Debería cambiarse urgentemente. Las cortinas no son opacas, entra luz en la habitación. La habitación no está insonorizada, pero por la noche era tranquila. Solo hay ventanas que dan al interior del edificio, no hay ventanas al exterior, por lo que no entra aire fresco, lo que provoca falta de oxígeno por la noche. Si consigues una habitación muy barata (menos de 20 euros), es aceptable; es demasiado caro para este Riad. Conclusión: Es un Riad bonito, pero hay cosas que mejorar. Pero Larbi es genial, gracias amigo.

Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero en general el servicio es bueno, aunque no hay nadie en la recepción, por lo que le dan sus propias llaves de la entrada principal y de su habitación. Como sugerencia, se necesita un signo “Riad Nouhal”, pero si sigue la ubicación en Google Maps, estará en.

Tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en el Riad Jibril durante nuestra visita a Marrakech, ¡y fue una experiencia tan maravillosa! Nuestro anfitrión, Iheb, realmente merece el título de leyenda. Desde el momento en que nos registramos hasta que nos marchamos, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera memorable. Si bien puede que no sea un hotel de 5 estrellas, brindó una experiencia marroquí única y auténtica que superó nuestras expectativas. El riad en sí, con su arquitectura tradicional, estaba limpio y acogedor. Lo más destacado fue sin duda la serena terraza, un oasis de paz lejos del bullicio de la medina. Una noche disfrutamos de sheesha en la terraza, una experiencia encantadora que solo nos costó unos 70 MAD. También tuvimos el placer de cenar en la terraza, donde disfrutamos de unos deliciosos tajines a un precio muy razonable de 60 MAD cada uno. Las habilidades culinarias del chef fueron realmente impresionantes. El desayuno que se sirve cada mañana era tradicional y hogareño también. Lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera realmente especial fue el ambiente cálido y acogedor creado por Iheb y el personal. Llegamos como invitados pero nos fuimos sintiéndonos amigos. Incluso nos hicimos amigos de los dos adorables gatitos residentes, Sofia, la atigrada de pelo largo, y Leena, la gatita pelirroja. Su presencia añadió un toque extra de encanto a nuestra estancia. La ubicación del Riad Jibril era perfecta y el camello frente a la casa de cambio sirvió como un excelente punto de referencia. El riad estaba en el callejón opuesto, en la segunda puerta, por lo que era fácil de encontrar. Disfrutamos especialmente de su proximidad a Kasbah, cerca de Zeitun Cafe, uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para visitar por la noche. La terraza iluminada por faroles de la cafetería ofrecía unas vistas majestuosas que hicieron que nuestras veladas fueran aún más memorables.

Absolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.
