City Center
Lovely hotel in Pakse, with very good location near cafes, restaurants, embankment and motorental agencies - city center for sure. There are all necessary amenities in the room: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, water and mini bar in case you need smth. Sheets and towels are white, cleaning is very good, wi-fi works also ok and AC located good, you will not die of freezin👌 The best thing in the hotel is the staff! I thanks a lot - they are super friendly and kind, good people and could help you in case you ask 🤗 If you will choose Standard room, it is better to ask for 4th floor- the window there more bigger (room 407). I also stayed in 506, it is the same, but the window is one one and narrow. The rooftop is very cool, during the rain it covered, i think the sunset there is perfect, unfortunately had no chance to visit. The breakfast is good, everything you need you could find: omelette, fruits, fresh milk, bread, different jams, pate, and other things i suppose people eat for breakfast. So, i highly recommend this hotel! 🤗

This hotel is in need of a little TLC which is currently taking place but all the important stuff is there. Soft comfy bed, good aircon, good shower and plenty of hot water. Great views of the river and bridge. Great pool and breakfast in a lovely indoor restaurant. The evening restaurant has fantastic views over the river and a good selection of local and international dishes. The building itself and lobby is very impressive and is immediately visible when entering Pakse. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive, particularly the girls on reception who were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and it was our favourite hotel in Laos yet very competitively priced.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y confortables. La cama es XXL. El personal es muy atractivo y escucha. La limpieza es impeccable. El desayuno es variado y es abundante. La esquina de la piscina en el techo es muy agradable. El hotel también ofrece alquiler de motos y traslados de las ciudades y el aeropuerto.

We had a really relaxing and rejuvenating time at the River Resort in Champasak, Laos, after a gruelling 18 day trip travelling north to south in Laos. We stayed for 2 nights at the River Resort. The hotel is set on the Mekong River with some magnificent views of the river and life on the river. All the staff at the hotel -- from the reception/Management to the Restaurant and room cleaners were lovely polite and very helpful. The Hotel is set a series of Bunglows split in ground floor and top floor - we had the top floor with views of the Mekong and i would seriously recommend the top floor with its balcony and views. Watching the sunset from the balcony with a drink was so tranquil it was surreal. The food and drink was wonderful (I appreciate the veg food, though I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan choices), the bed is so comfortable, the indoor/outdoor shower so nice, the pool was refreshing, the service was attentive they always booked us a table for our lunch and even meals. It is not far from UNESCO World Heritage Site ruins of Wat Phou. The Spa was wonderful and we had a lovely time getting one of their spa treatments as couple. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and wished we could have spent longer.

El lugar perfecto para disfrutar del sol. El personal muy amable y útil. Sería nuestra elección por otra vez.

Nice place, great for relaxing. Nice sunrise. Room is nice. Just location is a bit far from other things and a bit run down. They offer bycicle free of charge. Complimentary breakfast and othe food very tasty.

Un hotel pequeño, muy pocas habitaciones. Un ambiente muy tranquilo donde relaj**** es obligatorio. Unas vistas al rio Mekong con unos amaneceres..... Desayuno correcto al estilo occidental y las habitaciones miran todas al rio. Muy bien. Cenar es una buena opcion con vistas al rio. Pueden organizarte excursiones por los alrededores y llevarte al aeropuerto.

¿Qué decir de este lugar donde llegamos, cansados de 300 km de autobús local ... Inexistente en ese punto, es raro ... 3 jóvenes que intercambiaron sus ojos entre el teléfono y el amigo para ver quién haría el trabajo a nuestra llegada. No uno comprende una palabra de inglés, no uno que se mueve ... Y acabaron con sus motos y teléfonos ... La patrona habla francés, nos cotiza 3-4 mn y desapareció mostrandome una mesa donde están los vasos y el KF para mañana por la mañana. En realidad, no hay KF, sólo té en bolsas de base y agua caliente. No hay consejo, nada, una indiferencia raramente visto en Laos (y conozco desde los años 2005). Sala miserable, iluminación neón tipo sala de espera, ducha no limpia, litrie bof.. , Debí quedarme dos noches (muy caro El día siguiente perdí mi pago. Se ha ido ... Mediocre !!!
