El Hotel Sun Cruise es mi primera opción. Esta es la segunda vez que lo visito y me alojo aquí. El hotel tiene una vista estupenda de la playa, y se puede disfrutar tanto del amanecer como del atardecer. Su ubicación es excelente: a solo 10 minutos de la estación de Jeongdongjin. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y escapar del bullicio de Seúl 👍. Sin embargo, el servicio en recepción fue un poco decepcionante. Entiendo que puede haber barreras idiomáticas, y usé la traducción de Papago para comunicarme en coreano, pero aun así se mostraron poco amables con nosotros como extranjeros. Simplemente respondieron ”no” a mi pregunta sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa. Como personal de recepción, deberían ofrecer otras opciones o sugerencias a los huéspedes en lugar de simplemente decir ”no” y dar por terminada la conversación.

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

SkyBay Hotel was great! It's changed it a lot over the past couple years. They have automated check-in now and the selection of cafes and shops in the lobby are very convenient and and open till late. The arcade is tons of fun! Visitors have the option of using the Infiniti pool and sauna for an additional fee. The staff is helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. However, in winter you are unable to adjust the temperature of your room. The views are incredible from skyBay Hotel. No wonder they pick this location for the drama business proposal! We had a great time!

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.

Went to yangyang and booked this hotel for its beach view and we got free room upgrade to royal suite!! The service are superb and will repeat for sure. Just a bit sad bcs we dont get the complimentary snacks and drinks as the rooftop close at 9pm but overall deserves a 5 star reviews from me and my friends!! Again thank you for the nice hospitality ❤️

Este hotel coronó mi estancia en Sokcho-si. Muy agradables camas y ambiente tranquilo. Los receptores fueron muy agradables y amables y útiles. Ellos fueron más locos y nos mostraron si podíamos encontrar buenas cocinas coreanas. La habitación tenía un hermoso observatorio y siempre me encantaría volver a pasar mi tiempo de amor allí.

Nice place with nice view of the sea. However we were facing the wharf hence we are unable to see the sunrise or sunset. Overall great experience!

1년 전에도 방문 했었는데 방의 컨디션이 좋은거 같아 올해도 예약하였습니다. 식기류, 냄비, 전자레인지가 없는것이 좀 아쉬웠으나 방은 깨끗하고 따뜻하고 직원분들도 매우 친절하십니다. 혹시 다음에 사북에 또 방문 한다면 다시 이용할것 같습니다.

Excelente ubicación (me refiero a EXCELENTE) ya que está a 5 minutos de la entrada del parque. El hotel es un poco viejo desde el exterior, pero está decorado en el interior y se ajusta muy bien al tema inglés. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, con vistas muy agradables, un espacio agradable para poner las cosas de la calle y un pequeño refrigerador. Lamentablemente, nuestra ducha no se selló de la puerta de la ducha, así que terminamos con agua en todo el baño (difícil de controlar con un socio de 6'4). El hotel tiene un lavabo en casa y una pequeña tienda de comidas que nos salvó un día lluvió demasiado para volver a la zona del restaurante. Recomendado si visita el parque (o Sokcho como también es 15-20 min por autobús).

El Best Western Sokcho estaba en una ubicación ideal para las excursiones de Seoraksan y también cerca del centro de la ciudad, donde se encontraba el Mercado Central. La terminal de autobuses exprés (no la terminal de autobuses interurbanos, consulte con el conductor) está a solo 5 minutos de Seúl; la parada de autobús 7 o 7-1 está a 3 minutos. eMart estaba a 5 minutos y Daiso a 10 minutos a pie del hotel. Una oferta increíble de Trip.com si se reserva con antelación. Viajábamos en un grupo de 4 personas y reservamos dos habitaciones dobles de lujo con vistas al mar. Las camas eran camas dobles, y dormimos muy cómodamente durante las 3 noches. Hay servicio de lavandería de autoservicio en el sótano. La vista al mar estaba parcialmente bloqueada, pero era suficiente para ver el amanecer desde la playa, que está a solo 10 minutos a pie. Hay muchos buenos restaurantes alrededor del hotel, así como cerca de la playa, el lago y el Mercado Central. Sin embargo, hubo un incidente que hizo la estancia desagradable: compramos el famoso pollo Manseok en el Mercado Central para una noche de cerveza y pollo después de escalar la cima de Seoraksan Daecheongbong durante 12 horas. El personal de limpieza tiró nuestra comida (una caja con pollo entero dentro) sin preguntar. La reacción del personal de recepción fue decepcionante, ya que no parecía importarles. Al final, se ofrecieron a pedir otro pollo al azar, pero nos negamos porque el ambiente estaba totalmente arruinado. Debo decir que el servicio en el Best Western Sokcho no fue muy bueno, ya que es más como un apartamento con servicio, pero la calidad de la habitación, la ubicación y el precio fueron fantásticos. Recomiendo a cualquiera que le guste hacer senderismo en Seoraksan y explorar los alrededores de Sokcho que se aloje aquí, pero no espere el mismo servicio de un hotel.
