«En mi primer día. No revisé si el aire acondicionado funcionaba o no. Llegó por la noche y me iba a dormir. Noté que estaba roto y llamé al personal, pero no tenían ninguna solución para mi situación, así que pasé la primera noche sin aire acondicionado en una habitación con la ventana cerrada y sellada. En general, me encantó todo el personal y el lugar es limpio, tranquilo y relajante. También recibí el mejor masaje camboyano de mi vida en mis 2 años aquí, esta es la primera vez que puedo calificarlo con un 1000000/10, verdaderamente profesional. Gracias por eso. Si el primer problema no hubiera ocurrido, sería un 10/10 para mí. Así que sí, mi consejo es que revisen todo antes de la medianoche porque si la situación ocurre a medianoche no tienen ninguna solución, no hay mantenimiento 24/7 y no les ofrecerán cambiarse a otra habitación.»

«I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away.»

«Nuestra habitación era preciosa, decorada con muchos detalles en gris y camas comodísimas. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de los excelentes restaurantes al otro lado del río y a solo 5 minutos a pie de la calle de los bares. El hotel cuenta con una bonita piscina para relajarse y un restaurante. El hotel está dirigido por una comunidad de familias camboyanas que se esfuerzan por ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable a sus huéspedes. Nos preguntaron varias veces si había algo que mejorar, son proactivos y están muy orientados al cliente. Ofrecen otros servicios (excursiones, alquiler de motos, etc.) e incluso gestionaron con profesionalidad una situación con un huésped muy maleducado e irrespetuoso. Bunny y todo el equipo hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera realmente especial, ¡y les damos las gracias de todo corazón!»

«Me gusta oír. La ubicación es buena. Sólo unos minutos a pie a la zona de la calle Pub. Hay piscina en el edificio. Muchos vendedores de alimentos alrededor. El precio es aceptable y el personal es amigable. El olor en la habitación es bueno y refresco. La habitación que me queda, el baño un poco pequeño.»

«Un hotel económico decente para viajeros con presupuesto ajustado. La habitación está algo anticuada, pero cuenta con hervidor de agua y nevera. El desayuno es aceptable, con varias opciones. Hay una piscina pequeña y limpia. La terraza de la azotea ofrece unas vistas impresionantes del atardecer. No la limpiaron ni una sola vez durante nuestros tres días, pero no lo solicitamos. El hotel ofrece un tuk-tuk con conductor para un día completo para explorar los templos de Siem Reap por 15 dólares, lo cual aprovechamos. También ofrecen billetes de autobús a otras ciudades. El mercado nocturno, donde se puede comprar y comer deliciosamente, está a 7 minutos a pie del hotel. Disfrutamos de Siem Reap, a pesar del calor extremo de 36 °C (98 °F).»
