Rooms were clean, check in was easy, breakfast was satisfactory. The info related to parking in the reviews is incorrect. The hotel does not have its own parking and you need to use pay parking close by the hotel. There are several options at different price levels, and the hotel recommends which one to use upon check-in but be advised that the parking lots begin to fill up as the day gets later so the later you arrive, the more you pay for parking, and hopefully all does not fill up. Overall, I would go back if I the area, it was a great price / value.

소도시 호텔이지만 시설이 좋음. 룸컨디션 최고점. 직원 친절함. 조식은 가지수가 많지 않치만 맛있음. 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 주변에 편의점. 식당. 디저트샵 등 있음. 대욕장이 정말 좋은편임. 재방문 의사 충분히 있음.

Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.

Location is convenient, 5-minute walk from JR Shimonoseki Station - through the footbridge or the underpass (footbridge recommended if you are carrying with you large pieces of luggage as elevators are available). Room setting is great - I especially liked the couch area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been even better. Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others.

El ambiente de los hoteles y ciudades de la condado de Shankou es muy apropiado. Las habitaciones y el estilo de la mar, los tres familiares acaban de estar bien. Cuando vienen aquí a la noche para dormir, la noche de pescado es más grande que se esperaba. El tercer día deseo un plato para cenar que la reserva en línea japonesa. Acaba de comer la casa de la albergue cercana, las tiendas de comida alrededor están muy inflamadas, no hay tiendas en las calles, la desayuno del día siguiente es sencilla y delicada, el café está lleno de segundos de vuelta y tiempo.(o^^o)

朝食付一泊させていただきました。 大変お安い料金だったので期待していませんでしたが、ホテルも清潔でスタッフの方も親切、何より朝食が金額の割に豪華で感激しました。 周辺に風俗のお店があるのが残念でしたが、ホテルそのものは大変満足のいくものでした。 ありがとうございました。 また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。

El hotel es bonito y limpio, y la habitación es acogedora e interesante (con un podio y una puerta que separa la sala de estar del pasillo y el baño). También está limpio. Durante nuestra estancia de dos días, no limpiaron, pero dejaron toallas y yukatas nuevas en la puerta. El personal es amable. Hay jacuzzis en el edificio contiguo, accesibles con tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, y máquinas expendedoras de bebidas. Lawson está cerca. La estación de Yudaonsen está a 10 minutos a pie. Cerca, hay un pequeño parque con un pediluvio y un centro turístico. Una desventaja es que el baño está justo enfrente de la puerta de la ducha. También sería más práctico si el hotel permitiera enviar equipaje a otros hoteles y pagar en efectivo. Y tenga cuidado, ya que el podio puede ser peligroso.

Hagi No Yado Tomoe is an amazing Ryokan. The exterior is nice and clean and once you head on inside, you enter a rare and elegant world. The facilities are wonderful and everything is created with exceptional precision. The staff are always patient, polite, extremely kind and respectful. They were also very accomodating towards our child. The room we had was amazing and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. The onsen was also clean and relaxing. Highly recommended for your next stay if you visit Hagi.

Elegí una habitación un poco más grande. El baño era más amplio que el de un hotel de negocios típico. El desayuno era de estilo japonés, no tipo bufé, pero estaba delicioso. Hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca, pero me pareció un poco lejos. Quedé satisfecha con el champú y el acondicionador; no me irritaron el pelo. (*´∀｀*)
