Wifi, personal amable, ambiente limpio, huéspedes respetuosos, ubicación conveniente con izakayas, restaurantes, tiendas y la estación de tren cerca. A solo unas paradas del aeropuerto y la estación de Miebashi (puerto de Tomari para quienes toman el ferry). El baño público fue relajante y agradable después de un largo día. Se proporcionan toallas y artículos de aseo. Muy recomendable, especialmente para viajeros solos con presupuesto limitado.

Frente a la terminal de autobuses de Naha. Cómodo para llegar y salir del aeropuerto, pero cuando vienes del aeropuerto, el hotel está al otro lado y tienes que usar el puente peatonal, por lo que es un poco cansador y problemático, y la entrada principal está en el callejón, no en la calle principal. Los huéspedes pueden utilizar parte del vestíbulo/restaurante de 15:00 a 21:00 horas, donde se sirven zumos y café (autoservicio). Como es habitual en los hoteles de negocios de Japón, los artículos de tocador básicos, las bolsitas de té y el café se proporcionan en la recepción y no en la habitación.

福ちゃん、ニコルさんと２匹の猫、藻玉と煮豆に優しく迎えられ、あっという間に滞在日数が過ぎてしまいました。大満足で、皆さんへおすすめのお宿です。 内外装ともとっても素敵です。リゾートに来た〜と感じます。レンタカー用に駐車場を使わせてもらいました。 居室内は清潔・快適です。ベッド・布団はとってもふんわり良く眠れました。 エリアはレンタカーがあればとても便利な立地です。フサキビーチのすぐ近くあり、徒歩でビーチまで行けます(フサキビーチリゾートのメインの建屋の方を通り、特に手続き等不要です)。 朝食を頂きました。食材・調味料の一つひとつにこだわったお料理で、心も身体も癒されます。 私たちは未体験ですが、ヒーリングトリートメントやYOGAを受ける事ができます。 また是非訪れたいお宿です。

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

El hotel es un poco pequeño pero acogedor. Está ubicado junto a la estación de monorraíl y Kokusai. El desayuno es simplemente espectacular; ofrecen una gran variedad de comida, como comida local de Okinawa, especialidades del hotel, japonesa y occidental, además de cerveza y awamori. El personal también es amable y servicial. ¡Muy recomendable!

We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

Cuando fui allí, me preocupaba si sería demasiado viejo después de leer las críticas. De hecho, fui. Para amigos como yo que no son muy exigentes, pensé que era muy bueno. Como hotel de larga trayectoria, La ubicación es absolutamente impecable. Creo que puedo escribir una guía sencilla para mayor comodidad en el futuro. Vayan, gente. Entorno: Vamos en Año Nuevo, que probablemente sea fuera de temporada, no hay muchos lugares para elegir para comer alrededor del hotel y por la noche está aún más oscuro. El autobús lanzadera del hotel va desde la terminal al aeropuerto y pasa por la ciudad, nos bajamos del autobús a mitad de camino. Instalaciones: La habitación es bastante satisfactoria. Algunas puertas de los gabinetes se cayeron al tocarlas, pero aún así está muy limpia y ordenada. El mar en el hotel es hermoso, el mar de cristal y hay varias instalaciones recreativas. Incluso si fuimos en invierno , hacía demasiado frío y no jugamos. Los niños cavaron en la arena. Lo malo es que cuando miras las fotos se ve que las camas se pueden armar, pero no se pueden armar en el sitio. Además, la ubicación del piso de la habitación reservada por Ctrip no era muy buena.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

The hotel was very easy to locate, right off the main road, yet not noisy. The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and helpful. They are English speaking too. Room was spacious in Japanese standards. Very comfortable for 2 of us. Beds and beddings were clean and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Lots of amenities for you to pick at each floor lobby. And they have free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor too. Great for travellers staying longer. There are many restaurants and convenience stores all with minutes of driving in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to stay.

とても綺麗なお部屋で、快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機があるのが嬉しかった。 周辺にもいろいろ飲食店があり、とまりんも近いので、 離島へ行く方はおすすめです！ また利用したいです！！！
