weird chemical smell in the corridor, poor soundproofing. guests are drunk and loud at night, felt a bit unsafe. though the staff was nice.

The hotel is near the Sendai morning market and walking distance to the Sendai station. To get to hotel, simply walk towards the Parco 2 and take down escalator. Then exit from the back door it’s a shortcut to the hotel:) it’s a lovely place to stay! There s a zenjro nearby too to eat yummy beef tongue !

It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit). Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

Good location as it is near to Sendai train and bus station where there are lots of malls for shopping and travel to other places. Room is quite nice and spacious. But there is no washing machine in the hotel for use (I may be wrong about this).

The hotel is located near Sendai station, just about 5 min. walk. However, the hotel sign is not prominent. For others hotel, you can see the hotel name at the top of the building and find them easily, this hotel you have to walk with gg map. The staff were not at the lobby when we checked out. And they have no luggage deposit service. There was a sign saying you can leave the luggages at the lobby but they are not responsible of it. (meaning, you can leave it, but if it’s lost, not our business)

The room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and polite. There are two convenient shop ( Lawson & 7-11 )near the hotel. The breakfast is too crowded and food selection is limit.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

Este hotel es muy antiguo, el aspecto y la estructura de la habitación se sienten muy antiguos, pero la habitación está bien limpia, la habitación está limpia y cómoda, y no le hará sentirse muy viejo. It is a one of best hotels during our three weeks Japan trip. Everything is good. We will recommend it to all of our friends and may be coming back at near future.

Podría pasar un día muy cómodo. El objetivo es ir a la mesa para ver el juego de béisbol profesional, pero desde que me dirigí a la mesa, está cerca del estadio, por lo que no me restringimos. Está cerca de las atracciones turísticas, con calor y desayuno más altos que los precios.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par with my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was rather lackluster. Situated in Sendai, I had hoped for a scenic and picturesque view of the surrounding area, but instead, I was greeted with a rather uninspiring landscape. The hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities was also quite inconvenient, as it required a fair amount of travel to reach any notable destinations. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.

¡Las dos fuentes termales prospectivas en el quinto piso son de primera categoría! Hombres y mujeres rotan por la mañana y por la tarde. También hay una fuente termal en el primer piso con servicio de masajes. No se recomienda el masaje. La zona de sofás en el tercer piso tiene vistas a Matsushima y ofrece una variedad de bebidas y aperitivos gratuitos. Zona muy relajante. Se pueden reservar 40 minutos de karaoke gratis antes de las 8 pm, y hay canciones chinas para elegir. El hotel está conectado directamente con el pabellón de cristal junto a él, y puede visitarlo de forma gratuita con la tarjeta de su habitación. El alquiler de bicicletas es gratuito. Very close to a JR station, very reasonable price, excellent traditional Japanese food and onsen, comfortable room, friendly staff, but the only shortfall is no luggage storage is allowed after check out at 10 a.m. (not even the same day storage). We have to carry the luggage to the public locker of the next JR station for temporary storage.
