Creo que la calidad no se sorprenderá incluso si el precio se duplica. Si me atrevo a preocuparme por una cosa, sería un grupo de estudiantes que parecen estar en el trabajo y en el club deportivo, pero puedo hablar en voz alta en el baño o en el baño de sauna, o no aguantar después del baño de sauna. En el frío, veo varios locos que hablan en el corredor. Creo que no es un problema de hotel, sino de invitados, pero, a condición de que algunos locos se encuentren en el procedimiento de estancia, prestará especial atención a los invitados de grupo. Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Sapporo without any hassle. The hotel's accessibility was a game-changer for families like ours travelling with a stroller. It's directly accessible to the Cocono Susukino Mall and then directly down to the station area. It’s rare to find a hotel this considerate towards families, and we really appreciated the thoughtful design. The housekeeping service was another highlight of our stay. The hotel efficiently ensuring our room was well-stocked with their “menu” of housekeeping options! As expected in a Japanese hotel, the room was compact but thoughtfully designed. While opening two suitcases at the same time was a challenge, this is typical for hotels in Japan. The space was well-utilized, and we found it cosy and sufficient for our needs. Overall, Sapporo Stream Hotel exceeded our expectations with its prime location, family-friendly accessibility, and excellent housekeeping. While the room size might be a slight adjustment for some, it’s a small trade-off for the convenience and quality of service provided. We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

Realmente me gusta alojarme en el hotel Sapporo Tokyu REI. El ambiente es muy bueno. La habitación es grande y luminosa, limpia y ordenada. La actitud del servicio es amable y amigable. Hay café gratis y una variedad de almuerzos en la cafetería. El director general está muy satisfecho. Este hotel está muy cerca de la calle Tanukikoji, los supermercados, los principales centros comerciales, el parque Nakajima y la torre de televisión Odori Park. También es muy conveniente para ir al nuevo aeropuerto de Chitose.

Front desk staff is very helpful. Staff noticed that when I arrived the hotel, they came out of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage immediately. The sanitary and cleaness is excellence. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Sapporo

First day checked in was very smooth. Handled by a young Japanese lady hotel staff. She was very professional in arranging our parking and briefed us clearly on the parking terms and check in information. However, on the second day when we parked our car after coming back a male staff without clarifying he asked us to pay the parking fee again (which we already paid on the first day), also he asked us to moved our car to lot B, which our parking chit stated in lot A and the lady on the first day told us to park on the assigned lot A. We were lost and had to clarify with other hotel staff. Then they realized is their colleague wrong to not clarify with us.

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

We stayed here for one night in the South Building, a Japanese style superior room. Overall, I would recommend this to someone who's wanting to experience all that Noboribetsu has to offer in one resort and doesn't mind some level of commercialisation at the expense of foregoing some Japanese Ryokan authenticity. This resort is staffed by a lot of foreigners, and they have clear signage and instructions in different languages for foreigners. Some complain of the rude service here but I think it's reciprocal - if you treat others with respect, you receive respect in return. They also took the opportunity to maximise profits by offering extras / additional experience at a cost, which is not necessarily a bad thing as you just decide if you want to pay extra or not for extra experience. The highlight was obviously the Grand Bath, which is massive. It was crowded when we stayed here but still manageable. Lots of options and magnificent view. We wanted Kaiseki style meals but as it was the New Year Eve, we had to settle for buffet meals for both dinner and breakfast. But they did make a mini Vegetarian set for us as we couldn't enjoy a lot of the dinner dishes. The futon was just so comfortable! We slept like babies throughout the night. Otherwise, the room itself was clean and spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nakajima Station, making it easy to explore Sapporo’s attractions. Nearby Nakajima Koen offers beautiful views. A highlight is the daily free shuttle service to and from Sapporo Station. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Rooms are spacious, complete with a two-seater sofa for added comfort.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

Utilizar JR INN. JR Tower Hotel Sunshine ha sido usado por primera vez. Amantes de ferrocarriles, yo habito a menudo en el ferrocarril, pero esta vez me muevo. Desde mi habitación individual, se puede ver todos los vehículos de entrada desde arriba que buscan la estación de la estación de la sala de trenes. En la era del sueño, si cree que puede ver un carrito de luz y una estrella de la batalla norte, Casio está en lo cierto. Además, hay un horario en la piscina de la cima, que puede atrapar un tren. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view. Guests have free access to the hot spring facility, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the morning market, making it easy to explore local offerings. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is amazing, room is clean, staffs are helpful, the only downside is the parking, was told by the staff that parking space is small might not suit our rented mpv car. So we have to park at open car parking nearby costed 700 yen a day.

Great front desk service, efficient service for check-in and.out. Also the luggage keep at lobby service is important to us. good health and care at room, clean area and comfortable bed for sleeping. Location nearby JR station, bus terminal and tram stop, and morning seafood market, super convenient.

very big room. Excellent location, near to JR station only 2mins walking distance! Hakodate train is near, only 5 minutes walking distance. Many outstanding restaurants are nearby, like Sushi Soup begirama, Flower see sushi. Highly recommend to choose this hotel although room cleansing services are provided once every three days

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

Within 10mins walk distance to JR station, AEON store. Large lobby with plenty seat in waiting area. Fast check-in and check-out. Bus station to airport just within 1 min walk The room is large

the location is very good since in New Chitose, environment is very clean but just a bit old of all the facilities, no complaints due to just staying for one night and hotel provides breakfast.

Location was really good, took a local bus from airport to a stop really close to hotel for abt 230 yen. Aeon nearby as well where we had dinner the night we arrived. Although I believe there are other nearer restaurants. Also nice running track by the river just ~5 min away from the hotel! Note that the number of shuttle transfers to airport on your day of checkout is limited so book your seat as early as you can. Service is lovely. Just didn’t love the smoke smell all over the building. Breakfast is not bad too

Desde la mañana temprana, el Yayoi sólo sirve a los huéspedes del hotel y tiene un menú de desayuno básico para 900 yenes. El precio está bien, pero el conjunto no gusta tan bien. Puedes probar una vez pero después probablemente prefieras 7-Eleven!

Отличный отель по пути в аэропорт, останавливались на одну ночь, отель не большой, комнаты тоже крошечные, но всё необходимое есть. Отель находится рядом с веткой метро, можно доехать в центр или аэропорт, если рейс не сильно ранний. Персонал очень отзывчивый, мы были с горнолыжным оборудование, нам разрешили его оставить внизу, чтобы не тащить его в номер, так же мы попросили вызывать такси на утром, что бы нас взяли с оборудованием, такси было ровно в назначенное время. Есть на первом этаже термальный бассейн, так же со всем необходимым вплоть до расчёски. Рядом, огромный супермаркет и через одну остановку аутлет. В последний день мы успели все)

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Chitose station, which is 15 minutes and 2 stations from New Chitose Airport. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable and absolutely very good value for money. Downstairs is a restaurant, and although everything is in Japanese, it can quite easily be mastered with the present day’s apps for translation. The service is very friendly and the price is more than good. We had several lovely dishes and a lot of cold beers and were still surprised how modest the bill had run up. In the morning a shuttle bus to the airport is offered at various time intervals, it takes you there in about 15 minutes. Excellent place to stay in its class.

the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

En el hotel comercial cerca de la estación de milenio, aunque es una parte más barata, el servicio supera los puntos de calificación. El personal de la recepción responde, el servicio de café en el salón, la producción en el interior no tiene ningún problema. Se recomienda especialmente el desayuno (８８０ yen) de alimentos japoneses. Aunque es una forma de comida, hay muchos platos pequeños, animales de granja auténticos, y muchos otros sentidos de Haití del Norte también tienen un buen sabor. El desayuno parece convertirse en una casa de vino por la noche. Me interesa la bebida gratuita de ９８０ yen, pero porque es una estancia después de la cena, no se usa esta vez. Si hay una oportunidad, quiero probarlo. Sólo digo que １ es difícil, que hay una habitación japonesa con maíz sin escritorio, por lo que es difícil tener una habitación en el oeste.
