I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel provides free shuttle from Fukushima sta and that helps a lot for foreign tourists. Location is up in the mountain, and that is desirable to get some snow and outdoor onsen. Main reasons to choose the hotel: sulphuric hot spring, cypress bath, and quaint off the beaten path place. Because the market is mainly domestic, meals are kaiseki for both breakfast and dinner, which for me would be much better if it's buffet of japanese and western items. Before arrival, have communicated in advance with the hotel in regards to transportation etc etc, and the staff had been very kind and responsive. Hope Noji Onsen will get more foreign tourists in the future.

Great hotel located next to Aizuwakamatsu Station. It’s a great location for being a base to visit all the attractions and great restaurants around the area. It’s a standard Japanese business hotel with basic amenities. Room wise it was definitely above average but it’s a bit on the old side. The bed and pillow was comfortable. Great water pressure too. The room came with breakfast so we managed to have a go just before they close up (pretty early at 9am). The food was basic but tasted really good. Would definitely consider it as it’s a good budget, centrally located and comfortable.

Esta era una estancia excepcional en la casa de huéspedes. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien organizadas, limpias y cómodas. Ryuji es un host entusiasta y sincero. Me sentí muy en casa y me disfruté mucho de su excelente cocina (diner y desayuno disponible para un coste adicional). El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los más pequeños de los alrededores. ¡Volvería!

Es un lugar muy dedicado para esta viaje. Estudiar y ver las opiniones bien. Entonces reservar una gran habitación. Para tener acceso a la cultura de Jepang lo más posible. Pero decepcionado con la vista que he recibido Pero no culpaba al hotel Eso fue el tiempo Y fecha de salida Aviso que el hotel tiene un autobús en la estación de tren. Pero cuando entramos y preguntamos Back dijo que no tenías una reserva Tienes que reservarla cuando se ingresa. No sabemos El personal delante no nos informó. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

This is a budget friendly hotel when comparing to others around its. The breakfast is not line buffet but one big box of breakfast that you can have refill rice (but not big for men) The room is clean but not that clean (you can find dust on the ceiling which is nothing much for me. The facility is ok as when i arrived at the hotel the opened-air onsen is out of service due to heavy snow (all places around the area are closed as well so it is understandable)

The hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski  place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.  However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine  can be provided rather than just buffet.

La habitación está muy bien. El hotel tiene 2 pisos de primavera caliente, tienen hermanas con otro 2 cerca, así que también puedes usar su primavera caliente. La ubicación en la ciudad es de 8 minutos en coche. El desayuno es bueno, cada plato que le dicen los ingredientes, pero sólo un poco triste que si también pueden escribir el inglés en la parte superior. En general, esta fue una gran estancia .
