An absolutely magical stay on the bay in Eastern Iceland — easily one of the most memorable cabins we stayed in during our trip. The location is simply spectacular. Waking up to seals swimming in the water and then lazing along the shore right in front of the cabin felt almost surreal. It’s the kind of place where you could happily spend hours just looking out at the bay and watching the wildlife go by. The cabin itself was beautifully designed, cosy and exceptionally well equipped. The hosts had thought of so many little details that elevated the stay — from good-quality cookware and a well-stocked kitchenette to spices, pasta and rice in the pantry, luxurious Icelandic herbal teas, a generous selection of Nespresso capsules and welcome chocolates waiting for us on arrival. These thoughtful touches made it feel far more like a boutique retreat than simply a cabin stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and despite its compact size, the kitchenette and washroom were thoughtfully designed and completely functional. We especially loved the telescope provided for wildlife spotting — such a brilliant addition given the incredible surroundings. And, of course, the sunroof was a highlight in itself. There is something incredibly special about lying in bed and looking up at the Icelandic sky (would be amazing during Aurora season)! Peaceful, intimate and surrounded by nature, yet with all the comforts you could ask for. Between the seals at our doorstep, the beautiful bay views and all the thoughtful details inside, this was a truly special Icelandic stay and one we would return to in a heartbeat.

There is no reception or service at this hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs, but it was closed during our stay. They simply send you a code for self check-in. Make sure to double-check your room, as they initially gave us a different room from the one we booked, though they changed it quickly after we contacted them. One tip — visit Kirkjufellsfoss early in the morning. There is almost nobody there, and you can enjoy the whole mountain completely to yourself.

We added bed linens with additional charges but then we need to install it ourselves. We are already tired travel from far and setting the bedlinen ourselves is unacceptable. For the men's shared bathroom( not the toilet), the floor is full of dirt, without slippers it is very bad experience. I was showering with naked feet because I only travel with shoes. As there's a short distance from room to the bathroom that need to step through murt, other traveller slippers also became dirty and just walk into shower area with slippers on. There's plenty of space for shared kitchen which is awesome, but the auto door lock made it very inconvenient for a single person that is in middle of cooking and need to open door for partner, because 1 room is only given with 1 set of keys. I did not expect that the full windowed view of waterfall is only for ordering meal, oherwise I would rather spend 1 meal there for the scenery, sadly I missed the awesome breakfast.

Really lovely hotel. Everything great, only downside was the location. We hadn’t realised how far out it was from everything. Great for seeing northern lights but at least a 2 hour drive to lots of the popular sights.

Instalaciones: Hay estaciones de carga cercanas. El hotel ofrece desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Luego de hacer el check out, volvimos a cargar energías y almorzar. Se puede decir que fue la mejor comida que tuvimos en los cinco o seis días que estuvimos en Islandia. Higiene: Limpio, el baño de la habitación en la que nos alojamos era pequeño. Pero está limpio. Entorno: Aunque los alrededores son relativamente desolados, la ubicación es muy adecuada para viajar por Snæfellsnes y es una visita obligada en el camino de ida y vuelta. Servicio: El chico de recepción es muy amable y la chica guapa también es muy simpática.

A little further out from Borgarnes but it’s a nice quiet place. It’s very cute and had everything needed during the stay. The breakfast had a large variety but pretty simple—still a good spread though no continuous restocks through breakfast time. There’s only stairs to get up to the second floor in the main building. The common area/lobby was very nice and cutely decorated. I greatly appreciated the various board games provided and we spent the night playing, laughing, and relaxing after a long day. Overall a clean place! Staff were very friendly and nice too!

Aquí se eligió la última parada alrededor de la isla, desde Akureyri hasta la península de Snæfellsnes. El hotel está situado junto al mar, sin ningún pueblo ni tienda delante, pero disfruta del hermoso paisaje. Las habitaciones varían de pequeñas a grandes y los precios varían. La ducha no tiene puerta y el agua se sale fácilmente. Se proporciona té y café gratuitos. No hay restaurantes alrededor. El hotel ofrece cena buffet, pero el precio no es barato y los platos son normales. El desayuno no es rico, sólo lo suficiente para llenar el estómago. La actitud de los camareros fue normal.

สถานที่ตั้งของที่พักสวยงามมาก มีวิวภูเขาอยู่ด้านหลัง ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนสบายและพื้นที่กว้างขวาง สามารถสั่งอาหารมื้อเย็นจากที่พักได้ เนื่องจากบริเวณนั้นหาร้านอาหารยาก พนักงานให้บริการดีมาก เป็นมิตร อาหารเช้ารวมอยู่ในราคาที่จ่าย ยอดเยี่ยมมาก

Entorno privilegiado, casa muy coqueta. Cama cómoda e incluso cojines extras por si necesitábamos. Desayuno bueno,la anfitriona nos dejó en la nevera comida a nuestra disposición. A la casa no le faltaba ningún detalle, zapatillas, chaquetas por si teníamos frío. Aparte de la cocina, tenía otra ”zona” con Sillones con cafetera Nespresso al lado y tacitas,libros,... Se nota que la casa está preparada con ”mimo” para que nos sintamos a gusto. A mejorar las toallas que ya estaban demasiado usadas, eso sí, limpias.

地理位置很棒，在斯奈山半島的國家公園中，酒店乾淨整潔，唯一一個床品不舒服的酒店，其他都很好，方便出行。進入地心的項目很棒，停車沒有停車費太棒了
