Este hotel fue excelente. Todo, desde la habitación hasta el servicio, la comida y las instalaciones, estuvo perfecto. El personal fue extremadamente servicial y profesional. Está totalmente a la altura de su marca. Uno de los mejores hoteles de Chennai actualmente, sin duda. Sin duda volveremos cuando visite Chennai en el futuro. Superó mis expectativas con seguridad.

Firstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration. The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake. In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast could not be better, they had a live cooking station for orders to cook, a variety for everyone. We went for drinks at the terrace on our third night as it wasnt raining and was accompanied by a live band. Recommended place to stay if you're planning on netflix and chill in the room.

The hotel staffs are exceptionally helpful and courteous, from bell service and the front desk to room service and restaurant staff, all dedicated to meeting your expectations. Despite the slightly aged hotel rooms, the excellent customer service compensates for it. A warm and pleasant experience.

Muchas gracias por el personal cálido y hospitalario de ibis sipcot, tuve una gran semana en Chennai. La habitación está limpia y la cama es muy cómoda. ¡El personal del hotel es increíble! Hay un gran centro comercial cerca del hotel y hay un gran supermercado en él. Camine de 10 a 15 minutos. La carretera de la India es un poco difícil de recorrer. En realidad, hay una barra de jugos al lado, y puedes comprar bebidas y agua evaluadas.

I chose Ra***a Towers primarily because of the location and its website. The location was excellent for me, just a few minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Ra***a Ashram which was literally at the end of the street. (I discovered a nearby cafe/restaurant called 'The Dreaming Tree' which is one of the main places for meeting Westerners and which is also just a few minutes walk away plus Ganga Ma's place is also close by for Satsangs). The staff were always friendly, approachable and helpful (and arranged a taxi for me in advance from Chennai airport direct to Ra***a Towers). The attached restaurant served traditional local food which was fine although I preferred to buy my own cereals and fruit for breakfast which I prepared in the kitchen area of my room. My room was fine and everything worked, including the hot water. At night, monkeys would sleep against my bathroom window and on my balcony! Another feature of this hotel I liked was the rooftop terrace which had great views of *********a. The website was a little misleading about the meditation halls though, when I was there the meditation halls appeared to be being used as dormitories. And the library was out of use while I was there too due to building work. Overall though, I was happy with my stay here: the place was clean and secure, and seemed relatively high-end compared to ***y other places in Tiruvannamalai.

Todo en todo muy feliz con la estancia. Pero el biyyani que ordené (veg uno) me dio desconforto. El curdo que lo acompañaba fue estafa hasta el punto que sabía azuro. No esperaba este bajo nivel de alimentos de un gran establecimiento.
