It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

Overall the stay was pleasant. There were no coffee sachets in our room, requested twice but never came. There was no TV remote control so I had to turn on & off manually. Housekeeping did come but could not solve the problem. Told us that he'll ask the engineer to look into it but he didn't turn up. On the other hand, the male front desk office was very obliging. I regret not taking note of his name. He is a Hindu as he was wearing a string tied to his right wrist plus a silver bangle. I highly recommend him.

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the amenities, especially the pool, were not properly cleaned. The food at the in-house restaurant was just average, though it offered a good range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were not very courteous, and the reception staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this hotel only to those who are mainly looking for clean and comfortable rooms without expecting great service or amenities.

Enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place. Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

Tiene problemas de mantenimiento... los muebles de la piscina están desgastados... había un vaso roto tirado en el borde de la piscina... Informamos al personal, pero solo hicieron fotos y nunca se molestaron en volver a limpiar la zona... los ascensores tienen paneles de madera sin terminar con los bordes sin rematar... Pedimos comida a la habitación, que se retrasó, y al preguntar nos dijeron que habían enviado nuestro pedido a otra habitación porque su sistema no funcionaba y no lo registraron correctamente... Nos dieron una tarjeta de habitación y, al pedir otra, nos dijeron que el sistema no funcionaba y, por lo tanto, no podían dar otra tarjeta... las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por una habitación apenas más grande. En resumen, no volveré a alojarme aquí.

Hyatt es el mejor hotel de Ludhiana. El sitio es muy bueno. Se encuentra junto a un centro comercial de envío y no se puede adaptar a la comida india. Puedes ir a este centro comercial a comer KPF o McDonald's. Bueno, incluido el personal de seguridad en la entrada es educado. Excellent hospitality of mr sukhjinder singh at the front desk who is a go to person for all your needs and queries. The food quality is awesome and the buffet has a sufficient variety of food. Our stay experience is very good at this property.
