We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

Hotel Staff es muy amable y agradable. Localización en la zona rural, inconveniente para comprar comida o ir a la ciudad. Eje de mosquitos, ventana de baño está abierta El ruido del aire acondicionado a veces fue alto en la noche En el rancho de Ranchi, el hotel de la ciudad de Ranchi, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, se encuentra en el centro de Ranchi. En general, buena experiencia.

No hay mosquitos en la habitación, el desayuno es bastante rico, el servicio está bien entrenado, el ambiente en el salón es muy elegante y el paisaje se puede ver mientras se come, escuchando el acompañamiento del piano.

Check in and check out process are very good and they didn't make as to wait much. All Food taste is excellent and multiple options also available even if required anything as a special request they will consider and make it for you. In my experience no other hotel given me satisfaction in all aspects. Highly recommend to stay

El personal de la recepción, Aravind Kumar y Vikas Singh, el jefe Uttam Das, el personal de apoyo Ashish y Prakash, el Driver baiyya, fueron las mejores personas que conocimos. La comida era saborosa y personalizada según la necesidad. Habitaciones muy limpias y acondicionadas. Recomendaría a Gitanjali International para un estancia pacífica. Gracias de nuevo a las personas que me han hecho feliz.

Fit only for the business traveller This is a very average property and has more things going wrong for it than right. So, I will simply tabulate the Wrongs vs Rights Wrongs 1. The Staff is totally indifferent to you, they are doing their jobs alright but none seems to have a desire to excel / be hospitable to you. This is exactly the opposite of what it should be if repeat customer is desired. 2. The Guest profile seems to match this attitude. At around 1.30 in the night someone started banging on my door and by the time I got up and looked through the Key hole, this guy was banging on the door opposite and then the next. No one from the staff tried to get this to stop. 3. The restaurant experience is the worst. The food is extremely poor taste wise. The presentation is untidy. The place is not properly cleaned with a sticky floor greeting me on the 1st day. This was brought to the notice of the staff and they agreed but did absolutely nothing to get it cleaned. This ensured that I only visited this place for the mandatory breakfast and took all other meals outside of this Hotel. 4. The rooms are tiny and on the 1st night my Air Con did not work leaving me uneasy and not well rested. Rights 1. The rooms are well kept and all basic amenities provided. The bed linen and towels were clean and top notch. It is the kind of place meant only for the business traveller who just needs a clean place to sleep in. Else it is entirely avoidable.
