«I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature.
What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting.
If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐»

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations.
Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed.
Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special.
The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated.

I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks.
We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. «This is a hard one cause me and my girlfriend really like this place. But like some of the other 1-3 stars comments regarding the entrance and accessibility of it. Maybe the management could install more signs o along the roads. Or even send a tutorial on how to get there with photos (landmarks) or waza/Google maps links through WhatsApp.
We would've appreciated if we were informed ahead of time about the additional entrance fee to enter kawah putih as well (we wasted another 1.30hours finding our way up). We really wanted to explore more of the area. But we're just too. Mentally tired to do so.
Service wise... We booked the grand cabin with hot tub. Our room had no Light (literally, the lightbars are missing). We called the technician/receptionist, but it still took them 30mins to arrive...
Oh about the hot tub area, we stayed in cabin 27 (basically we're at the most front part). Theres actually not much privacy if you want to enjoy sometime in the hot tub. The cabins behind you can see moreless everything...Maybe you could plant more trees for privacy😂.
Room rating wise. It was actually really nice... It really has everything I need and more... Bed and blankets all were great... But again I just find it hard to enjoy after that long and confusing drive.
Summary... I think it worth it to try least once. But ya'll really have to do a lot of research especially on how to get up there (In order to not waste money, energy and ESPECIALLY your time).»

Pero también hay algunos problemas que quiero plantear. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Pero no podemos cenar donde estaba el escritorio porque, sólo había una silla disponible. Por eso tuvimos que mover la mesa pesada para cerrar la enorme sofá. He pedido la mesa de troley, pero, aparentemente, no pueden dejar que lo usemos.
En segundo lugar, la sopa estaba fría. Qué era muy decepcionante :( acababa de tener un par de limones y no puedo tomarlo más.
Bueno, supongo que esos eran la parte menor de mi estancia. Pero, en general nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí. Ah, otra cosa! El jugo de bife balsamico angus fue el mejor plato! ¡Eso vale la pena probar!

Algunas instalaciones eran bastante básicas, los pantalones estaban disponibles sólo a petición, había champú pero no hay condicionador, y no hay tejido en el baño pero no se quitó de la experiencia general. Lo que más me gustaba fue lo espacioso que era la habitación, junto con la vista que miraba el campo de la fusil y el cielo de Bandung.

La experiencia de la habitación fue decepcionante debido a las cuestiones de la habitación, la zona de ducha tenía problemas de fuga y la presión del agua era extremadamente débil e incoherente. Después de un largo día, me gustaría tener una ducha relajada, pero desafortunadamente no podía disfrutarlo en absoluto.
El desayuno fue otro gran descenso. La mayoría de las comidas probó blanda y desinspirante, haciendo el desayuno algo que terminé saltando después del primer día.

No todos los niños realmente pueden comer comida occidental con todo gluten alrededor. Sí, tienen un ángulo libre de gluten, pero mi niño no le gusta.
Pero para los adultos, el alimento es muy grande con muchas variedades.

Crowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts.
On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite.
Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples.
Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains.
All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

Liana KhooHad a wonderful one-night staycation at Hotel Indigo Bandung. The hotel has a beautiful design with unique local touches that reflect the culture of Bandung. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well designed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and stylish. A perfect place for a short getaway in the city. Would definitely recommend!
