El personal es muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación comunicada a pesar de que solo reservamos una habitación normal. El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio. La ubicación también es buena. Caminé recto y puedes encontrar numerosos restaurantes.

Área extensa con villas y hoteles. Ubicación: está lejos de la ciudad (no es gran cosa porque no hay nada en la ciudad de Tanjung Pinang) pero cerca de la terminal de ferry. Servicios completos, pero no estoy seguro del mantenimiento; parecía descuidado para tirolina, tiro con arco y escalada en pared. La habitación estaba bien, la cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La presión del agua en el inodoro era baja y la ducha no era agradable. Es imposible moverse en Grab o Gojek y reserve su alquiler. El que ofrece el hotel era caro. De hecho, el hotel ofrece una serie de servicios, pero el precio es alto. Cogí el buggy para explorar y costaba 20 SGD/hora. Cenamos en una cafetería y 2 personas pagaron 80 SGD; el servicio fue bueno, pero la calidad no tanto (bastante salada).

We booked this because we wanted a unique experience. It was a great experience we throughly enjoyed staying on the ship. The staff were so friendly and eager to please. The ship has a fascinating history and profits are shared between charities very different for the hospitality industry! Do see if you can get a room with a balcony it’s nice to sit outside.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

From Wednesday 29 April 2026, this property has been rebranded ”Grand TW Batam Center Hotel and Convention”, to reflect the name of the current owner (”TW”). On Grab etc it still shows as ”Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention”. Full service 3 star hotel with buffet breakfast and complimentary Elite Health Club access (gym, pool 🏊🏼♂️). Large, comfortable rooms and beds. Outstanding quality of welcome, guest services and security. An older type property, very popular with local Indonesian people. Great place to meet nice people and avoid Singapore tourists! For people who live and work in Batam, this place really is an institution. Highly recommended and outstanding value for money.

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

Fue una gran experiencia celebrar mi cumpleaños con ellos. Durante mucho tiempo, nunca me sentí sola en este tipo de días, fui recibida con gente genuina y sincera a mi alrededor que se esforzó mucho por hacerme feliz. Desde el intercambio de correos electrónicos con la Sra. Paskah para asegurarse de que me acomodarían desde que me recogieron hasta que tomaron nota de mis solicitudes. A la Sra. Jessica, Asep y el Sr. Agung que decoraron mi habitación como una sorpresa para mi cumpleaños (fue muy lindo). A Ledy que me ayudó desde el check in hasta el check out y que me ayudó a recibir un masaje balinés de Wanda. A Bram y Sonia que fueron tan buenos, me hicieron sentir especial en mi día, tan amables y muy hospitalarios. He estado viajando la mayor parte del tiempo, y esta es la primera vez que me sentí en paz y genuinamente feliz. Me di cuenta de que la vida vale la pena vivirla y que el mundo es hermoso. Muchas gracias a todos. Ese fue un día para recordar. Tocaron mi corazón y me hicieron creer que la gentileza y la sinceridad aún existen.
