My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.
Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

La habitación es amplia y los precios son razonablemente baratos para el tipo de suite. El hotel está en una zona de aparcamiento muy tranquila, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar en el hotel. Si usted está alojado en el hotel, asegúrese de entrar por la puerta izquierda con la barrera, y bajar directamente al sótano.

El lugar es bastante limpio pero no hay tejido en el espacio de la habitación, piscina espacial, estacionamiento espacial junto al restaurante Padang y bakmie hay una gran mezquita junto al hotel, el desayuno es menos variado, el arroz porridge es eeeenaaaaak bangeeet

Holiday Inn has a very good location,
making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
The rooms are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable.
The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym and swimming pool, which are well maintained.
It is a great choice for a family vacation, and we truly enjoyed our stay

We stayed in the room in the 7th floor - the view is stunning!
Kudos & special thanks to Ms. Maisya who made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us from check in and throughout our stay.
We had fun with baby sharks, turtles, small fishes, etc. guided by Mr. Zul.
We also had fun feeding the birds guided by a friendly uncle.
Ms. Tarisa and Mr. Julio showed great hospitality towards the kids in the Kid's Club - they had a blast!
All the hotel staffs also showed great care and personalized experience; for example, the restaurant staffs somehow mentioned my name when they greeted me, which gave me a real surprise - it shows that they care. They also tried to find out & remembered my kids names and helped them with the foods.
The housekeeping staffs even wrote some nice notes for us.
These small things really make a difference!
Amazing job to the management for nurturing great and caring hotel staffs, who made our stay very enjoyable!

I have stayed in quite a few 5-stars hotels in my whole life, but none of them can beat the hospitality provided by Marriott Lampung - it's simply the best.

RRijkSomewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.
Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.
The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

UUsuario invitadoOverall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
