Esta fue la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia siempre fue increíble. Realmente nos gustó la habitación que reservamos esta vez y el ambiente, la vista y la experiencia fueron buenos. Lamentablemente, los platos durante el desayuno fueron bastante sosos y la variedad fue muy limitada, pero realmente nos gustaron las reubicaciones en los pisos superiores, tuvimos muy buenas vistas e hicieron que todo el desayuno fuera bastante agradable. De todos modos, siempre recomendaremos este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente en el futuro, 😁

Warm service from all the staff from check-in to check-out, with a very convenient and central location. The breakfast was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return again.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip and overall it was quite okay. The location is alright, but just take note it is quite a bit of a walk if you want to go Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast has a good selection of food, but it gets quite crowded unless you go down early to eat. I had some issues with the TV because it keeps freezing after a while, which was a bit annoying. Also, room service missed out some things because they didn't provide a floor mat and hand towel after they cleaned the room. But for a short business trip, everything else was fine and still acceptable.

My wife and I stayed 12 days all up the staff were amazing the resort was clean and had everything we needed there was a amazing choice of food and a gym that had enough equipment to keep the weight down and well priced. On our next visit to Surabaya we will not hesitate to stay at the bumi resort highly recommended 👌

Siempre soy un cliente habitual aquí, el servicio es bastante bueno, todos son amables. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que hay habitaciones donde las instalaciones a veces no funcionan correctamente, ojalá se preste más atención al mantenimiento, pero en general el servicio siempre es el mejor.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Hay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Wyndham Surabaya. El hotel es elegante, moderno y está muy bien mantenido. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba. El servicio del personal fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me encantó especialmente el desayuno, con una gran variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, la piscina es estupenda para relajarse. La ubicación también es muy práctica para explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

The room and bathroom were fairly spacious. However, the property shows signs of age, and it is clear that it is an older structure in moderate condition. The bathroom appears to be in better shape, possibly because it has been renovated. The additional air conditioner (split unit) was excellent—very quiet, almost imperceptible, and highly effective. There were some minor issues with the laundry service, as a few stains or imperfections were noticeable. However, these did not appear to be due to used linens, but rather to washing or handling. The lighting in the room was good, even though the electrical system is somewhat dated. There were convenient power outlets near the bed, along with bedside lights. The room lighting was more than adequate, while the bathroom lighting was slightly insufficient. The Wi-Fi connection was satisfactory, with no significant interruptions or dropouts. The location is ideal for travelers needing to catch a train, as the railway station is only a few hundred meters away. Overall, the property offers good value for money.

Not really satisfied, service could be better. Reached at 4pm (indoesia time) to check in, was asked to wait as the room is not ready. Waited for 10mins which is okay. Card only given 1 - not convenient when we arranged inhouse massage as one of us need to stay in the room with the massuer while my husband went down to pick up another masseur and the room went off pitch black. Breakfast - eggs ran out by 9am, and was told that there will be no more eggs Checkout day, called reception around 10am - request for additional mineral bottle for drinking but was told that we are checking out today and we would need to purchase the bottle. Checkout - was running 5 minutes late, reception already called asking to check out now. Bed and pillows are okay and comfortable to sleep. There’s international plug so you can use if you’re using 3 pin plug. Location is perfect, just across the Tunjungan Plaza but nothing nice to shop. Just boring. Service could be better, but definitely not returning for us.
