⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

Precioso hotel muy céntrico en Fira. Nos alojamos en el lado del hotel de Antonia y nos encantó la decoración de la habitación. Apreciamos que tuvieran contraventanas afuera para ayudar a mantener el ruido y la luz de la habitación. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada con muchas luces y disfrutamos de la decoración. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas y apreciamos que hubiera una estación de café/té y una mini nevera en la habitación. La habitación era lo suficientemente grande para nosotros dos y había un pequeño balcón exterior con una mesa pequeña y dos sillas. La ducha del baño tenía mucha presión y mucha agua caliente. La cama solo tenía una sábana, pero había un edredón y la temperatura era fácil de controlar. Había zapatillas disponibles en la habitación que eran buenas para el piso frío del baño. Las habitaciones del hotel tienen televisores inteligentes a los que es fácil conectarse para Disney+ o Netflix, pero debes instalar una aplicación si deseas hacer screencast. El hotel cuenta con algunas áreas comunes agradables para pasar el rato, incluidas dos áreas de piscina y un espacio junto a la recepción. Las piscinas estaban cerradas cuando llegamos en marzo, pero también hacía un poco de frío, así que no nos importó. Deberían estar limpios y listos para el verano. Una vez que nos registramos, nos preguntaron si teníamos algo de tiempo o si queríamos ir directamente a nuestras habitaciones. Dijimos que tendríamos tiempo y sacaron un mapa de Santorini y marcaron los lugares que podíamos visitar durante nuestra estancia. El hotel también ofrece un buen recorrido por la isla por 40 euros por persona que incluye 7 paradas, entre ellas Oia, una playa de arena roja, una playa de arena negra y el monasterio. Teníamos 5 personas en nuestro grupo e hicimos nuestro propio recorrido utilizando una empresa de alquiler de automóviles cercana, pero consideraríamos el recorrido del hotel si fuéramos solo una pareja. El personal del hotel fue servicial y receptivo incluso antes de que llegáramos: nos ayudaron con un error de reserva que había cometido y lo resolvimos rápidamente por teléfono y mediante un breve correo electrónico. El transporte desde/hacia el hotel desde el aeropuerto es fácil porque hay una estación de autobuses cerca y cuesta 2 euros por persona y la estación de autobuses está a unos 5 minutos a pie desde el hotel. El autobús no circulaba con demasiada frecuencia durante nuestra estancia en Santorini y, si ese es el caso durante su estancia, puede reservar el servicio de transporte del hotel: tienen una furgoneta grande y cómoda y cobran 7 euros por persona. La alternativa es un taxi y usted está a voluntad del conductor durante el viaje de aproximadamente 10 minutos y, según lo que escuchamos, se le podría cobrar entre 40 y 50. El hotel no ofrece desayuno ni servicio de habitaciones, pero hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca. El hotel recomendó algunos que estaban a cinco minutos a pie del hotel y el que probamos era encantador. Hay una tienda de comestibles a unos 100 m del hotel que tiene prácticamente de todo y hay una panadería cerca de la plaza principal de Fira. También se pueden comprar souvenirs en la plaza principal de Fira y probablemente tengan los mejores precios que vimos en Santorini para souvenirs. En general, fue una estancia estupenda y como nos alojamos en marzo obtuvimos un precio increíble. La habitación que teníamos era bonita, tranquila y cómoda durante nuestra estancia.

Unfortunately, our stay at Argo Boutique Hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering that it is advertised as a 4-star hotel. There were some positive aspects: the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided on the first day. However, several issues significantly affected our stay. The bathroom sink was blocked, which is not something we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room had a balcony directly facing the hotel and the street. Because of the lack of privacy and the high level of exposure, keeping the windows open was uncomfortable for most of the time we were in the room. In my opinion, this type of room should only be allocated when there are no other rooms available. This was not our situation, as we had booked several months in advance and it did not appear to be one of the last rooms available. The soundproofing was also very poor. We could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridors, including conversations and, particularly, doors constantly slamming. When guests in the rooms next to us closed their doors, the noise was loud enough to wake us up. This was especially frustrating during the night and early in the morning, and significantly affected the quality of our sleep. The internet was another significant issue. There was essentially no Wi-Fi connection in the room and, unfortunately, even using mobile data was not a viable alternative, as 5G/mobile coverage was also extremely poor inside the room. The Wi-Fi was also frequently unavailable in the breakfast area. For a hotel of this category, this was particularly disappointing. The payment process was also not quite what we expected. When making the reservation, we selected “Pay at the property” and intended to pay the full amount in cash at check-in. However, we were first required to pay 50% in advance, and the hotel subsequently continued attempting to charge the remaining balance to the card before our arrival. We eventually paid the outstanding amount in cash upon arrival, as originally intended. Had I not blocked the card from being charged, the payment would have gone through. This was frustrating, particularly given that the reservation had been made with the “Pay at the property” option. The breakfast was varied enough in terms of choice, but the quality was rather average and the selection did not change much from day to day. For example, the fruit was the same every day, which becomes quite limiting when staying for several days. The breakfast area is also very small and not particularly well organised for the number of guests, making it feel crowded at busy times. We only used the pool once, as it is in a shaded area by the end of the day. We did not use the spa, as this requires an additional payment. Overall, although there were some positives, I don’t feel that our experience reflected the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel — at least not in the room we were given. Considering the price, the fact that we had booked several months in advance, and the hotel’s category, we expected considerably more.

Estamos muy satisfechos con este hotel. Estaba dormido una noche y otra noche después. La vista es muy buena, el mejor lugar para ver el atardecer, la escena de la vista para ver el atardecer es muy buena. La habitación es grande, muy cómoda, el precio es modesto, la higiene también está bien. El desayuno es muy bueno, especialmente bueno. 酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Super hermoso hotel, hotel de laurel, desayuno es muy rico y está cerca de la belleza y la ubicación es conveniente. Cerca de todas las atracciones de Iya, cerca de la estación de autobús y cómoda para viajar.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.
