Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

Un lugar interesante para permanecer como su increíble edificio y se dará un lugar de nuevo en sus días de gran casa. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel. La comida es buena, pero es una opción de menú limitada. El spa es muy bueno. Fácil de llegar a Stratford

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

Además: James me esperaba cuando llegué y me mostró la llave y la habitación. También tomó mi pedido para la mañana siguiente. La habitación era decente. Hay muchas luces en la habitación. La cama estaba bien. Hay espacio de estacionamiento en el sitio. El desayuno estaba listo cuando caminé a la sala de cenas. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. El baño es de tamaño adecuado para una persona. La habitación estaba en el segundo piso, con escaleras estreitas. Estaba bien para mí cuando viajé muy ligeramente. Pero sería difícil para alguien con un gran equipaje o una restricción de movilidad.

Everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. A very peaceful setting to enjoy a special time.

Very glad I booked in this hotel. I needed a place for a night while coming to see the RSC, and the location couldn’t be better, just across the park. The room was so pretty and had everything you needed, bathtub, soap, iron, a kettle to make coffee/tea, and hair dryer. It doesn’t have AC, but my assistant dog and I were fine with just the fan. (I wonder in the winter?) But it did have towel warm rack- fantastic to dry off the towels and small washed clothes. The check in and out super easy and they’re keeping our luggage until we leave tonight, so I’m super grateful about that. The only thing I’d add to the room is better lighting for the bathroom’s mirror, since I could really see what I was doing 🤣 And maybe a better system to order in the pub, since it was a bit slow… But the food was Ok for a quick bite. Everyone was nice and I’d definitely would come back 🙌🏾

I got to the hotel around 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. I went to the restaurant and a young gentleman said he can help me check in. At first he couldn't find my booking as I had done it through TRIPS.COM. Finally he found it I went to my room. La habitación tenía un AC que funcionaba bien. Me senté bien dormida. La mañana fui al restaurante para mi desayuno y pidió una opción vegetariana. Él me preguntó si me gustaría salsa vegetariana y cuántos si así fuera. 2日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

Lovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb
