«Stayed here specifically for self service laundry which is great - guests have access to washer and dryer and detergent was provided for free. My room was okay but I wasn’t a fan of the colour choices of the interior - the black, grey and yellow was a bit much. Just made the room really dark. Cleaninless could have been better - bob of shower gel on the floor, stains on sofa and dirt and hairs on bathroom floor that I had not left. Another plus point is that free tea, coffees and croissants are offered for guests which is fab! Lovely reception staff. Just improve on housekeeping and consider changing the room decor. I would stay again as it was pleasant overall.»

«Hi it was a nice stay overall. It’s a 10min walk from Nottingham train station (you can get the bus that will leave you right outside but it’s £3 for a 2min journey!) The room was nice, lovely view. I think the hotel interiors are due for modernisation as it’s very dated overall. Could you install a privacy curtain as I was able to see into apartments facing me. Carpets need professional clean or replacing as there were visible stubborn stains in my room and on carpet in the corridor. Tesco express literally next door which is great.»

«The receptionist, I think is name was Luke. He went above and beyond for us, his customer service was excellent and couldn’t do anymore to help and ensure our stay was the best we could have! Thank you! Only think that wasn’t 5/5 was the amenities in the room - most were empty. But that’s looking for a fault. Great location Lovely hotel Some rooms are a little dated but clean. Would return and would recommend.»

«Medium. Even canceledl the second day booking the day before for urgency still couldn't get any refund. So the room will be perfectly available on the second day for anyone to take and the hotel still charged you full price. Towel in bathroom has brown stain on it. No idea what was that. Quite at night, breakfast is nice.»

«Our room is a double room with an extra sofa bed. Room is smaller than expected and different from the photos . But location is very good and right next to Victoria Centre . Room is clean in general with cold aircon but with few things,like toys, bottles under bed. Might not be the most elderly friendly as some rooms required a few stairways to get to which could be a bit of a hassle.»

It’s not often that you find somewhere that offers such good value for money while also being clean, comfortable and convenient, but this hotel definitely ticks those boxes. The price was one of the biggest positives for me. I believe I paid around £40 for the night, which I thought was extremely affordable considering the quality and facilities provided. For anyone looking for somewhere reasonably priced without having to compromise too much on comfort or cleanliness, I would definitely recommend considering this place. What I particularly like about the hotel is that it has more of an apartment-style feel, which makes the stay much more convenient than a standard hotel room. Having access to facilities where you can heat up food is a great bonus, especially if you arrive late or have bought something to eat and don’t want to go back out. It gives you that extra bit of flexibility and makes the room feel more practical and homely. The room and the hotel were also very spotless and well maintained, which is extremely important to me when staying somewhere. Everything felt clean and looked after, and overall I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were another highlight. We actually decided at the last minute that we wanted to extend our stay, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to let us extend our time, with the option to increase the stay by the hour, which was incredibly convenient. It’s these little things that make a big difference, especially when plans change unexpectedly. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding throughout. The location is also not bad at all. You can walk into town, which is really useful if you want to explore the area without relying on transport. There is also easy access to trams, making it convenient to get around if you don’t want to walk everywhere. Another thing I liked about the location is the amount of takeaways and local shops nearby. There are plenty of places within walking distance, including options that are convenient if you arrive late at night and want to grab something to eat without travelling far. Having local shops and food options nearby makes the hotel even more convenient Overall, I was really pleased with my second stay here. For around £40 a night, I feel it offers excellent value for money, especially with the cleanliness, apartment-style facilities, helpful staff, convenient location and nearby food options. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and practical place to stay.»
