Una estancia fabulosa en el Best Western Carlton de Blackpool. El personal fue increíblemente atento y la recepcionista, muy amable y simpática. Me ayudaron enseguida al darse cuenta de que llevaba un cochecito, un niño pequeño y dos maletas, y que viajaba sola; incluso nos cambiaron de habitación para facilitarnos las cosas. ¡Gente encantadora! El único inconveniente fueron las paredes tan finas, ¡que nos permitieron oír hasta la última palabra de la discusión a las 4 de la mañana en la habitación de al lado!

El baño no estaba limpio y no tenía ropa de baño ni toallas. I booked this place over the Easter weekend, purely based on the fact it was two thirds cheaper than the chain hotels which were nearby. The hotel is located a 2 minute walk away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It is also a 1 minute walk away from the nearest Wetherspoons pub, South Pier & Sandcastle Leisure Centre...along with some nice local cafes, (Rendezvous), and cheaper end shops, sticks of rock were nearly half the price this end of the seafront. My expectations were low for this hotel, I've stayed in the area before and knew I wasn't booking 5 star. I was pleasantly surprised. We were met at the door promptly and greeted. What I first noticed was the electronic security lock on the door and on all rooms. The entrance was spotless and there were no funny smells of damp etc. The hotel was warm from top to bottom. We visited during storm Dave...so that leads on to our room. I booked a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds. We were given a double and a bunk bed, this wasn't a massive issue as my 2 children, who were older, agreed to make the best of what we had. I never complained as we were only here for 2 days. We had 2 separate rooms that were both en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower. They were fully stocked with toilet rolls, body wash/shampoo and hand wash, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean, the covers/pillows were basic, but again clean. The double bed was super comfortable,, the bunk beds were a good size, but probably could have done with an extra couple of pillows. All the heaters worked a treat and we were never cold for a minute, in fact the rooms heated nicely. We had tea, coffee & water in the room for our use too! There wasn't a view from the windows, but who cared, we were there for the rides, amusements and shopping. The hotel is located as stated near the Pleasure Beach, for high street shopping, you can either take a nice walk, which would be over half an hour or get a tram or taxi. We got Uber, which was around £6 each way from the hotel to Primark or Wendy's. That's right near Treasure Island and the Tower. I really can't fault this place, it was quiet, the host was always about and extremely helpful and the price was the best we were getting on an Easter weekend. Yes there were other guests here, no you couldn't hear every voice and or footstep. If you're on a budget or just want somewhere clean, tidy and warm, give this place a go. I took the pictures fairly hastily, the room was extremely tidy at the time we checked in. The pictures I took were at check out.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren de Preston, la calle principal de Fishergate, donde se puede caminar fácilmente. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, están completamente equipadas y se pueden comer fácilmente. La actitud de servicio también es muy buena, y la tarta que se entrega por la mañana también es deliciosa. ¡recomendar!

Estaba bien hasta que yo y mi compañero volvíamos de una gilipollas, alrededor de las 22:45, y nos encontramos completamente cerrados por un buen 20 minutos, tuvimos que tener al oficial de seguridad de la puerta de abajo para llamar al trabajador del presidente para abrir la puerta. Nada, no tanto como una excusa, por dejarnos en frío.

房間雖然很小，但很乾凈，WiFi效果很好，前台小哥接待非常的熱情，距離海邊幾分鐘的路程，旁邊也有很多吃飯購物的店鋪

Hotel decente por el precio. No es el hotel más limpio, pero una especie de aceptable. Recomendaría a los que buscan un estadía barato, pero si tiene un poco de presupuesto extra entonces mejor gastar el poco extra por algo mejor. Se permitió que se echara más tarde que de costumbre, lo que fue muy beneficioso para conseguir un poco de sueño extra después de disfrutar de la noche fuera.
