Bueno, el servicio del hotel también es muy bueno. Los empleados del hotel siempre son muy amables y disfrutan de ayudar a las personas, siempre están dispuestos a responder a mis preguntas y ofrecer consejos útiles. Además, el desayuno ofrecido por el hotel es muy delicioso, hay muchos tipos de y tienen diferentes opciones cada día. El servicio de los restaurantes también es muy bueno, y los empleados siempre son muy cuidadosos y entusiastas. La única desventaja es que el precio del hotel es ligeramente alto, pero teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y la calidad del servicio del hotel, creo que este precio es muy razonable. En resumen, me gusta mucho este hotel. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, seguramente escogeré quedarme otra vez.

Nice, comfortable and very friendly hotel. Huge double bed. All rooms are very clean. A car park is very close to the hotel ( walk out of the hotel door, across the road and your in the carpark.

Lovely staff and great hotel location for anyone that’s a bit more car centric. Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour. The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired. Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

Not recommended according to price around £90 for two nights, 30min away from Portsmouth. Bed covers whole room no space. Toilets downstairs.

Me decepcionó un poco quedarme en el hotel Apollo cuando reservé, lo reservé para dos adultos y un niño y cuando llegué allí solo había una cama doble, me dijeron que me pondrían una cama individual mientras estaba fuera y cuando volví al hotel a las 8:30 p. m. todavía no había una cama, finalmente a las 10 p. m. me dieron una cama plegable con muelles faltantes para que mi hijo de cuatro años durmiera. al final terminé durmiendo en el piso para que mi hija pudiera tener la cama con su papá, es una verdadera lástima ver que un hotel en el que me alojé cuando me casé se ha ido cuesta abajo, había muchas bandejas sucias en el pasillos en el camino a la habitación, pero en la entrada del hotel era hermoso,

El hotel es bueno, el invierno es caliente y el verano es bueno, no necesita aire acondicionado (y no hay aire acondicionado), la temperatura es muy diferente por la mañana y por la noche, la atención a la caída de la ropa, la ciudad es caliente y temprana, es que el tren a Londres es demasiado caro

Considere esto como la opción presupuestaria dentro del grupo hotelero, siempre teniendo en cuenta la asequibilidad que ha optado por hacer. A pesar de sus características ultra-presupuestales como dormitorios de cápsulas, plugs de sp*** y servicios básicos, puede ser un gran adelanto para familias o viajeros más jóvenes. Concentremosnos en los aspectos positivos como la marca y los servicios de viajes de confianza, aunque en algunos ámbitos como las tazas de papel o las calderas de alquiler se reduce ligeramente. ¡Recuerda que tienes un buen trato en esta estancia, así que hay mucho que apreciar aquí!

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

The hotel room was clean and quite spacious. Our main issue was that the check in time stated on Trip.com booking was 2pm. Whereas the hotel check in time was 3pm. So we had to wait in the lobby for a considerable time before being given a room. Additionally they were running late with housekeeping and we got the room only at 3.15pm. Which wasn't great as waiting with a tired kid wasn't convenient at all. I did highlight to the reception about the check in discrepancy but not sure if they corrected this online. They were friendly enough but there was no apology provided for the inconvenience and the wait. Otherwise it's a nice hotel with a spa attached.
