I see a lot of bad reviews but must say I had no problems at all room was clean Comfy and everything you need yes could do with updating but that aside no issues at all would highly recommend

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's across the street from the beach. The bed here is very low so those having problem with lower bed may not like it. Picture taken from the hotel lobby.

The place was good to camp. The toilets were shared, so it was not clean. There were used tissues inside the bathroom all the time. The room was good but it was not properly clean. The room amenities like the heated mattress and the heater was good. Others like the hair dryer were covered in dust like it was not used or cleaned in weeks.

Very well surprised with the room, amenities and service. Free parking across the road, many places to eat I asked the lady at the reception - Jayne to give me some suggestions re type of food I prefer and she did her best to provide me with the best options. Can say a big Thank you Jayne for your help and positive and warm attitude! Definitely can raise the thumbs 👍👍 up to this hotel.

A mixed experience. We booked for the pool facilities, which were great. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening - excellent food and very good service. The breakfast was good too. Some buts, though. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed, a strange electrical light show from some devices in the ceiling once we turned the lights out and a repeated electrical buzzing sound all through the night which disrupted our sleep.The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room on the second night. The floors upstairs were so bouncy that it felt like the hotel must have the underlying structure of a rickety prefab - very odd and a little unsettling. And the restaurant had no character at all - an almost sterile feel. All a bit odd. While the pool, the food and the service really were great, and the many golfers who visited were clearly delighted, some of the spaces do need a refurb and a rethink.

Hotel increíble. El spa es brillante y tuvo un excelente masaje. Restaurante, bar y habitación fueron hermosos y el personal super amigable. Recomendado a una serie de personas y definitivamente volverá!

Excellent Saturday night stay celebrating various birthdays etc. Made to feel like a VIP from start to finish. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay for lunch, but every meal we've had at The Brunel has been epic.

La puerta del baño está situada en el centro de una cama individual y a una sola persona; pero es muy limpia, es muy higiénico; la ventana está frente a la piscina al aire libre en el patio; nuestra habitación está en la recepción del hotel, y el suelo es un poco bajo; El pasillo es un pasillo, hay tres puertas en el canto de nuestra puerta, muy cerca unos de otros, el cuarto está muy bien aislado, no se molesta. El hotel está muy conveniente, hay un supermercado a siete o ocho minutos de camino

We stayed at st micheals for our anniversary weekend and loved it! We stayed in the delux king and it was a beautiful room with lots of space. The breakfast was a lovely cooked breakfast with lots of options of fruits and waffles, beautiful view too! The health spa was our favourite part which was included with the stay, great pool and sauna and gym (:
