I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A building with a history, Victorian era. Staff were friendly and the paintings around the walls are beautiful. The room was clean, large and the bed was just right, not too soft. Great location, just across the station and convenient to walk to town and other sites of interest. I would stay there again.

Un hotel antiguo y deteriorado, pero con una variedad de instalaciones, un personal amable y justo al lado del aeropuerto. Me dieron estacionamiento gratuito ya que era una fecha de temporada baja, lo cual fue un buen detalle. La limpieza alrededor del televisor y el escritorio no era muy buena, con polvo y residuos de comida, pero la cama estaba impecable.

Clean , comfortable, good breakfast & close to all amenities . Given room 126 think for light sleeper as the nearest room to the busy road , didn't bother us as we had enough drinks to sleep , great view of the race coarse on other side. Parking was £10 on hotel site therefore easy to get in & out .

Nice receptionist provided with hotel map information, hotel view above excellent. Delicious dumplings in hotel restaurant, highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

La entrada fue muy fácil y sin problemas con tres miembros del personal que se inspeccionaron. El hotel dispone de una habitación de calidad y de camas cómodas que garantizan un buen descanso. El hotel es muy limpio y está bien equipado, sólo a la baja es la ubicación que no se encuentra a pie a la ciudad, pero no es un rompecabezas porque el estacionamiento en este hotel es mucho más fácil en las afueras del centro.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.

Nos alojamos aquí para la graduación de mis hijas, fue una excelente elección debido a la ubicación central. El desayuno buffet fue más que suficiente para comenzar el día, no necesitábamos actualizar al inglés completo a pesar de que se veía bien.

Hotel decente y nuevo edificio. En una ubicación conveniente, cerca de una Waitrose, el centro de la ciudad y la estación de tren Chester. Recomendado para aquellos que desean quedarse en Chester. El único problema es que algunas de las luces están roto. Y quiero decir que Chester es una gran ciudad con muchos edificios históricos.

El apartamento de servicio es limpio. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. La cocina es agradable. Estoy seguro de que reservaré este hotel de nuevo y recomendaré muy a mis amigos.

This is a very traditional hotel. It has a very good leisure centre (so don’t forget your swim suit). The hotel has a large bar area which is very comfortable and the prices reasonable. There is a large free car park. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable con instalaciones modernas y una gran gimnasia y piscina... El único retrato fue la variedad limitada de opciones veganes en el restaurante, Sin embargo, entiendo que no es para todos...

Perfect place to stay for Creamfields, same price or cheaper than the competitors and overall better. Spacious room, nice bathroom and the bar was serving food until 2am which was great. We haven't tried the spa, but it's a bonus.

The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D

La primera vez que visito este hotel, me siento bien, la habitación es cómoda y el servicio es bueno. No hay un ascensor en la belleza, mueve el equipaje al segundo piso un poco divertido.
