I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Room clean and tidy. Unfortunately a couple of lights were not working in the bathroom so made for a bit of a palaver trying to shower in almost darkness.  The breakfast was good with lots of choice, sadly the coffee in the machine wasn’t of good quality and was very bitter.  The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.  Overall, would choose to stay again.

No issues checking in. Clean and tidy place. No issues with room, beds very large and comfy. It was very quiet when we stayed family of 4. I requested 2 rooms next door to each other and request fulfilled. Water pressure excellent for showers. Have pool sauna, gym, unfortunately we didn't try these facilities. Do check breakfast times, we thought breakfast was served until 11am but was mistaken. Got to restaurant at 10am and were closed. Luckily, a staff member from reception managed to get us some pastries and yogurts, very kind! Accommodation is within the Cranfield University campus and near Cranfield Airport.

Amazing location if you're going to the airport - immediately outside the Luton Airport Parkway station, maybe a minute or two's walk to the front desk. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was included, which was great. Nice selection for a budget hotel breakfast too, including waffles and lots of hot and continental options. Had a great stay!

Perdón por no darle la máxima puntuación a este hotel, no por el hotel, sino por Luton. Me sentí inseguro cuando vine aquí a las 20:00 con mi prometida. Especialmente, drogas y muchas pandillas que se encuentran fuera del corredor entre el centro comercial y el hotel. Un extraño llamó a mi puerta por la noche y parece intentar echar un vistazo al interior; afortunadamente, el personal del hotel nos ayudó a llamar a un guardia de seguridad para que mirara alrededor después de que se fuera. De todos modos, este hotel está bien, el desayuno y todo tiene sentido, excepto el champú y el gel corporal, que están vacíos.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

Me dieron una enorme caja de hielo que hizo una gran diferencia y me dejé el día siguiente en el hotel, sentí descansado y mucho más cómodo. Cuando estaba a punto de dejar una buena dama en el cheque en el escritorio, vino y me dio una botella de agua y un bar de chocolate para llevarme. Experiencia excelente después de la experiencia de la experiencia del día anterior con EasyJet en el aeropuerto de Luton.
