Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Tokatoka fue una excelente opción para mí como cliente en tránsito por Fiyi gracias a su ubicación ideal respecto al aeropuerto. Usé la aplicación trip.com para reservar en línea con una buena oferta justo minutos antes de disfrutar de un paseo de 10 minutos desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Nadi hasta el resort. Me recibieron con un zumo de naranja fresco mientras esperaba para registrarme en el mostrador. No tuve tiempo de visitar todo el resort porque estaba cansado del viaje, pero mis observaciones y primeras impresiones de Tokatoka son las siguientes: 1. Ubicación ideal respecto al aeropuerto (a poca distancia a pie). 2. Personal muy amable con excelente servicio al cliente. 3. Traslado gratuito al aeropuerto. 4. La habitación podría estar mejor decorada (#114). 5. Lo más destacado: Excelente restaurante y bar con un diseño de piscina espectacular. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles, lo cual es una ventaja. Calificación general: 4,5/5 🙏🏼🇵🇬

It’s the best resort we have stayed in Fiji, large resort space, very well maintained, super nice staffs, especially our butlers. Easy check in and out. Very interesting daily activities. We will definitely going back to it again.

Great place to experience the real fiji people, culture and service. Very friendly staff and always something going on , with the reef and walks , swimming etc plenty to do. The food is very good , breakfast is very good and cooked to order, compliments to the Chef. Dinner was also very enjoyable , portion size is large, and well received. The Dinning room is well spread with larger groups down the bottom and individuals and families up the top , never felt too crampt or over whelmed. Rooms were great not 5 star by any means but they don't try to be the rooms were very good nice mattresses good sleeping a shower inside and outside for something different. The gardens are excellent with garden staff maintaining them constantly its a real bounus they do a wonderful job. The Staff in general are great always smiling and open for a chat. They all help one another and make it a fun organised resort . The Room staff who makeup and clean rooms are wonderful throughout the whole place nothing was a chore The Gym i used everyday needs a bit of a spruce up needs a treadmill and a new workout bench but I made do and still did well. A lovely lovely place for a holiday! Don't hesitate to book as after a few days you'll ask why didn't you book for longer like we did.

The hotel is in a good location, however the WiFi doesn’t reach the room. The curtains didn’t shut all the way so it was hard to maintain privacy. There also isn’t any food available to buy at the hotel. Bed was comfortable and I had a restful nights sleep.

Nice hotel for a short stay, perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport. The room is decent with mini fridge, hot showers, bath amenities. The room has AC and extra blanket. Wifi is working OK. You still need to double check if the hotel have received your payment to avoid double charging.

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ヴィラに泊まったので鍵がたくさんあり、戸惑いました。裏門のドアがずれていて、開閉できませんでした。 海は浅瀬で散歩するのにとても良いです！スタッフの方もフレンドリーでした。ウェルカムドリンクを夕日を見ながら飲めて素晴らしかったです。 アクセスがよくないのが残念ですが泊まる価値はあります！ 予約した離島ツアーのため、翌日の朝食食べられないことを話したらお弁当を持たせてくれることになりました。朝、お弁当をもらいにレストランに行くとシェフに話が伝わってなくて慌てて作ってくれました。5人分のところ4人分しかなかったですが、こちらも無理を言っていたので朝早く作ってくれたことに感謝です。

Very convenient location to the airport and delicious food in the restaurant. A bus stop near the hotel also helps a lot to explore the surroundings by yourself. The staff are friendly. You need to get used to using WiFi in the lobby though if you don't want to pay for it in your room. Recommend for 1 or 2 days ”transit” stay

The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was great however I did see the white sheets were not as clean at all. I advised the staff to clean my room when I came back to the room I could see that they only made the bed but the same dirty sheets were used they did not even change the sheets so that was very disappointing. What also was disappointing, I ordered a Veg Pasta on one of my nights for dinner and within 5 mins I called upon the staff to advise that the Veg Pasta was not great at all however no apology or acknowledgement was made. They didn't even offer to make another dish for me or compensate another dish for me instead they charged me the whole amount which I paid for. So that was disappointing. The rest of the stay was great no issues

I stayed in a mixed dorm and had a really nice stay. The room was set up like a small villa, with queen-size beds and a bunk bed. I was lucky to share the room with two women, and we all slept really well every night. There was a shower and toilet inside the villa, and also a sink inside the room, which was a little unusual, but it worked fine. The resort has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The food was good — I especially liked the chicken noodle soup. The staff were also very sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay.
