Hoteles con Wifi en Asuán, Egipto

Our stay at Benben was a bit of a mixed one. If you are someone who has a lot of time on your hands and you want to take photos for instagram and do not care about water supply/shower issue, this may be the right place for you. On the other hand, if you have travel schedule planned and not too flexible with time (e.g., Abu Simbel day trip) and care about sleep quality, this is not the place for you. We stayed here for 2 nights, on our first day, we arrived around 3pm with sweats and heat exhaustion from our Philae temple visit. After being sent to our room, we realised the water wasn’t working. Hotel told us to wait as they had some water supply issue, after waiting for 5 hours, we called again and were told they are still fixing it and could not tell us an ETA on the fix. With frustration and massive migraine from heat exhaustion and no clear ETA, I figured I had to sleep with sweats and anger. The 2nd issue we encountered was the ferry to the dock. The hotel is on and island which means every time we want to go in and out, we would need to contact the hotel to arrange for the boat for transfer). On the day we need to leave, we were waiting on the boat with a Danish couple but we could not depart after waiting for 20 mins (post the initial agreed departure time). Even though the other couple made a complaint to the hotel staff, they did not care or give a clear answer on when we can leave. Another 20 mins later, we we realised we were waiting for another couple to come onboard (and confirmed with them that they were 20 mins late to their original appointment). At this point, we were already very late to meet our own driver and start our 8 hours trip to Luxor. Most hotel staff could not speak English, the only ones we can communicate to was Nirvana (from front counter) and the restaurant manager. The rest of the staff were not well trained to do basic communication. So… If you have time, ok to deal with the above potential issues (oh…and lots of stairs!), go ahead and you will enjoy the amazing views from the hotel.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Reservé este alojamiento cuando estuve en Asuán como escala de camino a los templos de Abu Simbel. Aunque está lejos del centro, no tuve ningún problema con mi estancia. El personal fue muy amable y se encargó de todo, desde reservar excursiones hasta el check-in tardío y prepararnos el desayuno para llevar a casa. La habitación en la que me alojé también estaba muy limpia y la ducha tenía abundante agua caliente. Además, tenía aire acondicionado, así que pude alojarme cómodamente. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente si te alojas en Asuán.

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Primero, al registrarnos, la recepción se dio cuenta de que éramos una familia de tres y nos ascendió a una habitación de tres habitaciones sin coste alguno. En Egipto, donde los precios son altísimos, este servicio es realmente impresionante. Segundo, el hotel ofrece una hermosa vista al río. Aunque no está directamente en las Cataratas Viejas, la vista al río sigue siendo bastante buena. El muelle está justo al lado, lo que lo hace muy práctico para navegar. Reservamos un velero en el muelle por la noche y el barquero nos llevó directamente al muelle del hotel después. Fue increíblemente práctico. Como inconveniente, el desayuno consistía en arroz blanco, que no estaba muy rico y apenas nos llenó. Eso sí, no comí nada bueno en Egipto.

Ubicación: Está en una pendiente de la ciudad, a 10 minutos a pie de la antigua cascada, pero el hotel y sus alrededores aún están en construcción, es polvoriento, relativamente tranquilo y la experiencia de caminar no es buena. Las instalaciones en general son viejas: la puerta de la habitación está rota y cerrada con llave, la recepción dijo que era demasiado tarde para cambiar de habitación, la alcachofa de la ducha no se puede cambiar a ducha. El estado de salud es bueno. Servicio: El gerente de recepción y el personal son lentos para resolver los problemas y tienen una actitud fría. El hotel es muy grande y todavía quedan muchas habitaciones, por lo que a la hora de reservar las habitaciones damos prioridad a los tipos de habitación más antiguos (una habitación de 3 camas para 1 persona, con instalaciones más antiguas). Cuando se rompe la puerta de la habitación, lo primero que se debe hacer es comunicar al huésped que ya es demasiado tarde para cambiar de habitación (siempre que haya muchas habitaciones vacías). Luego de comunicación y coordinación a través de la plataforma, acordamos cambiar de sala, pero la velocidad de procesamiento fue lenta. Ben fue encerrado fuera de su habitación a las 23:30 de la noche. Después de esperar a que se abriera la tarjeta maestra del hotel, no se pudo usar la ducha mientras se duchaba. Después de luchar para comunicarse con la plataforma y esperar el procesamiento, fue Ya era la 1 de la madrugada cuando se completó el cambio de habitación. Colchón: relativamente cómodo, ni duro ni blando, la ropa de cama es suave y cálida, pero no demasiado cargada. Vista del hotel: La vista del lado de la piscina es buena, pero solo en los pisos altos se pueden ver algunas vistas del río. Desayuno: comida continental básica del hotel, sin problemas. Aunque el hotel de Asuán es generalmente antiguo y tiene pocas opciones, la experiencia en general es muy mala. Puede que haya mejores opciones en el mismo rango de precios.

I had an excellent stay at Malindy Ka Nubian House in Aswan. The hospitality of Mr Mohamed was truly outstanding, and the entire team was very friendly, helpful, and always prompt in responding to any questions or requests. Mr. Mohamed guided us very well during our stay and helped with everything we needed in Aswan, including local travel tips and arrangements. The Abu Simbel tour arrangements were very good and budget-friendly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, giving a beautiful experience of Nubian culture and lifestyle. The artistic paintings and decorations both inside and outside the property were beautiful and added a unique cultural touch to the stay. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Even a late-night dinner was quickly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. If guests have any specific food preferences, it is better to inform them earlier so they can check the availability and prepare accordingly. For travelers arriving at Aswan Airport, using the Indrive app can also be very helpful for transportation. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience staying here. I highly recommend Malindy Ka Nubian House to anyone visiting Aswan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top 5-Star Experience!

Un lugar precioso, un rincón tranquilo de Egipto. Los desayunos son buenos. El centro está a 20-25 minutos en taxi. Ten cuidado si no pides un taxi desde el hotel; ¡los taxistas son muy estafadores! Puedes alquilar bicicletas en el hotel por un suplemento y disfrutar de un agradable paseo por los jardines. El trayecto dura una hora y media en bicicleta. ¡Los jardines son muy amplios!

¡Es como un alojamiento con su familia lejos de casa, en una zona de bienvenida turística en general, pero también en el hotel. Todos los Nubianos son bienvenidos y honestos; especialmente si vienen de algún otro lugar que Egipto, se sentirán frescos de deshacerse de la negociación. El hotel organizó un transporte Abu Simbel (que estaba a 3 horas)con la caja de almuerzo para nosotros a las 4:00 de la mañana volvimos a las 1:00 y tomar un viaje a Philae Temple y luego volvimos al hotel (que era nuestra casa agradable) y Ahmed nos llevó a la aldea como un local, guía como y ofreció precios justos, experimentamos su cultura viendo el magnífico entorno pintado también saltando en casas locales con tortuga y crocodilos, y nos han ofrecido transporte al tren Aswan Estación. Me sentí triste por dejar un lugar con hermanos. Gracias a Ahmed (tanto, señora Mai, Mohammed como Islam). Fue una experiencia sorprendente, no dirá que he visitado Egipto antes de ver Nubian Village.

Este hotel en Egipto es un hotel de leyenda, clásico, histórico, pero no se puede seguir todo tipo de instalaciones y servicios. Mi hotel a precio no puede experimentar la historia solo para poder ir a la pirámide. El restaurante adjunto es extremadamente comestible y la actitud del personal de servicio es realmente indescriptible. No sé cómo hacer el teléfono en la habitación durante medio día. La ventana de la habitación es pequeña y está mirando a la ventana. Gracias a Trip.com para vivir en este hotel. Todos los tipos de preguntas pueden ser útiles para Trip.com. Recibí una respuesta rápida y oportuna. Si no fuera Trip.com, me siento cansado de este hotel en la habitación. Estoy realmente deseando volver.
