La habitación es grande, la cama es cómoda, el baño tiene una puerta para la zona de ducha para que no se moja en todas partes. El champú es de buena calidad y como el olor. El desayuno es superior a la media y tiene muchas opciones. La casa de baño es una habitación con camas de camas de la reina, pero se encuentra en camas de camas de gemelas.

Si es un huésped de negocios, no le recomendaría que se aloje en esta habitación. Como todo se hace online, check in, check out, lavandería, etc., no sé si esto se considera un servicio. Si viajas de forma relajada, disfrutas cocinar y lavar ropa tú solo, salir a la calle si quieres y esconderte en el hotel si no, entonces este es un buen lugar para ti. Está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y de muchos centros comerciales. También vale la pena mencionar que el único problema aquí es la falta de aire acondicionado.

Está muy cerca de la estación central de Múnich, a ５ minutos a pie. El hotel es un poco viejo, pero está en buenas condiciones. La habitación es muy grande y muy cómoda para los japoneses.

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

It’s a very impersonal service. While pleasant enough, the reception staff do the bare minimum in terms of effort to be any way helpful or welcoming. There was no water in the gym both evenings and some of the equipment was broken. Most hotels have bottled water in the rooms, no such luck at Coffee Fellows. The WiFi was very poor and there is no USB port for charging a mobile device in the room- bring your own. The online check-in is messy and not well-designed. That all being said, the hotel is very quiet and pristine in terms of cleanliness and is very functional.

The hotel is modern, dreamy and exceptionally clean. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and Kempinski, as always, did not disappoint at all. Everything felt immaculate and very well maintained. The service at the front desk and concierge was impeccable, very professional, warm and genuinely friendly. Room service and overall service throughout the hotel were excellent as well. The hotel is very couple- and family-friendly, and one thing I truly appreciated was how quiet and uncrowded it felt. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we barely ran into other guests. The layout and structure of the hotel are very well thought out, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere where nothing ever feels busy or overwhelming. The spa was solid and offered all the basic, well-functioning amenities one would expect. I’ve stayed at spa hotels with more impressive facilities, but this one still delivers a good overall experience. The sauna area is well done, with different sauna variations available. The outside pool-area could be heated a tad more. Unfortunately, all massages and facials were fully booked and we were unable to get any appointments upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. The location is beautiful, but Berchtesgaden itself doesn’t offer much to do. If you want to eat outside the hotel, you’ll need to drive about 10 minutes downhill to the village/town where you’ll find good local restaurants. Food in the hotel was nothing special and significantly overpriced - although that is somewhat expected at a luxury hotel. The Johann Grill restaurant in the evening was especially disappointing: not tasty and far too expensive for the quality offered! Concierge parking costs €10 for outdoor downhill parking or €20 for the parking garage. The €10 option is more than sufficient as they still bring your car to you. The €20 garage option feels unnecessary. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid selection and quality. However, the service at breakfast was disappointing. We sat for around 20 minutes trying to make eye contact and the staff did not acknowledge us at all. After reaching out to the manager twice, she did try her best to improve the situation, which we appreciated. Overall, a very good spa hotel for couples and families, peaceful and well-designed, but with limited activities in the surrounding area. Three nights are more than sufficient. Despite a few service and food-related shortcomings, the hotel remains a relaxing and elegant place to stay.

La habitación era bonita, limpia y ordenada, la calefacción era potente, la decoración artística y el servicio de recepción fue amable. Como era Nochevieja, solo teníamos una habitación disponible para un día y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, lo cual fue un poco incómodo, pero el hotel nos guardó el equipaje. No hay ascensor en el edificio anexo, y yo estaba en el segundo piso, junto al comedor de desayunos, así que si tienes el sueño ligero podrías molestarte, pero eso no es un problema.

Ubicación ❤️: ¡Sin duda, la ubicación es excelente! Justo al lado hay un pequeño supermercado, muy conveniente para comprar agua y artículos de primera necesidad. Se puede ir andando a la Plaza de España en 20 minutos, y en el camino hay muchas cafeterías y cadenas de restaurantes. Actitud del servicio 👌: ¡El servicio es muy bueno! Todos son muy amables y entusiastas. Llegamos con un vuelo temprano y el personal de recepción nos atendió pacientemente, nos ayudó con el equipaje y luego comenzó sus tareas en la barra. Instalaciones malas ❌: No hay cepillo de dientes ni zapatillas, aunque esto es muy común en Europa y hay que traerlos. Pero… ¡no entiendo que el aire acondicionado no funcione bien con temperaturas de -3 grados! Parece que el aire acondicionado estaba averiado, la temperatura de la habitación solo era de 14 grados toda la noche, y con una manta fina, ¡estaba tiritando de frío!
