El personal de recepción muy amigable Tanya, Bipu, Olga y Camill.El personal de limpieza muy profesional gracias a Elaine, que fue nuestro limpiador el año pasado, y Frosa que amaba chat.La piscina era muy limpia, bastante tranquila y llena de camas solares compacibles.Este es un agradable hotel pequeño ideal para relajarse usted podría conseguir desayuno allí y snacks en la tarde que fueron muy agradables de la corona napa.Las comidas principales fueron servidas en el El hotel de hermana Nenda Beach, que fue sólo un paseo corto por la carretera, otra vez la comida fue excelente siempre una buena elección.El todo inclusive estaba en la corona de Napa un buen bar deportivo acompañado al hotel este es un pub público bien gestionado por Marios un verdaderamente amigable Chap que siempre nos ha acogido, su personal es una mención muy profesional especial a Purushottam que es muy amable y amable pero feliz de servirle.El personal nos recuerda desde el año pasado que es agradable.También hay un supermercado bien almacenado acompañado que Está abierto muy tarde y muy bien precio. El lado de atrás es que necesitamos dos habitaciones Mi amigo tenía una piscina vista Pagué mucho más por una habitación de vista del mar, ya que éstas son las únicas habitaciones que nos quedaban. horas mi amigos piscina vista era un muro que podía ver la piscina si miraba alrededor del muro, sin embargo el personal que se le dieron una habitación de vista al mar la mañana siguiente gratis.Mi vista al mar estaba desde mi balcón en el piso superior que le dieron ver El mar pero fue un largo camino de distancia , no podía hacer nada y definitivamente no vale la pena el £300 que pagué más que una vista de piscina.Tui contactó con el hotel y nos dijeron que se clasificaba como una vista de mar si quieres ver barcos etc yo le aconsejaría que usted a Tomar binóculos,Definitivamente utilizaré este hotel otra vez, simplemente no pagaría por una vista a distancia del mar,solo es una vergüenza que esta es mi única queja, pero es mucho dinero por lo que recibes.

This is a good resort. The negative reviews understandably complain about the powercuts but it's not that bad. I only experienced one in the five days I was there and it lasted for about 2 hours, but the pools/bars are lit up so everyone just goes to chill there until the power is back on. Also, I had family members staying at a resort 5 times the price further away and they experienced the same thing (powercut). For the resort itself: main positive are the 18 different swimming pools! Great having a such a good choice of different places to chill out and swim (including 1 adults only one). The food isn't incredible but priced OK and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms (with balconies) are really good too - perfect air-con and very good sized fridge/freezer. I was worried with the recent one-star reviews upon coming to this place but I have to let people know that, at least for an adult/couples, it's a decent resort with most of the stuff you'd want for a holiday resort that isn't near a major city. If you want to relax by the pool and get some much needed chill time - it's great.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay. I was on the first floor and the room was large and modern and restaurant Delicious was delicious. The pool area was great. No crazy loud people. It was full but quiet and nice. The reception person “Helen” spoke American English and was amazing in her customer service skills. She smiled and was happy to help me right away. She did not push me aside or say I am busy I cannot help you. She was smiling and happy to be there to help. Her English was great. I was also happy to see that they were constantly cleaning. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you Courtyard…..💐

Here is my review for the Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites Ayia Napa Cyprus. Please take into account that we did come at the very end of the season so bear this in mind when reading my review. Cleanliness Absolutely faultless. Maids cleaned the room every day and left clean towels. Made the beds apart from Sunday which could be a limited service. Food The food is very good for an all inclusive hotel. When you book all inclusive you have to take into account the mass production of food and that it is not always piping hot. Lunch was usually the previous nights dinner but again, it was end of season and the hotel was not very busy so this was no surprise. The snack bar was not that great. Usually some salad, nuggets and chips. Again as there were not many guests at the hotel I can understand why there was not much choice and in the height of season this could be much better. Entertainment. Valentino the entertainment guy was superb. A lovely friendly guy, talked to all the guests and provided some excellent quizzes on an evening. He is an asset to this hotel. Kids I would not say this hotel was particularly great for children. There is not much for them to do and the children’s pool is tiny and would liken it to a large paddling pool. Also there was no kids club available but again please remember we came at the very end of the season and this could be why. Staff The staff were all lovely. There was table service at mealtimes for your drinks and plates and tables were cleared very quickly. To name a few, Vicktoria, Florentina, Lazoras,Pannikkos and Jordan were all lovely friendly staff. There were more but I didn’t get all their names. Location. The hotel is right in the centre of Ayia Napa so has everything on its doorstep. The harbour is about a 7 minute walk and the beach around the same. There are a large selection of shops within minutes of the hotel. The nightclubs again are about 5 minutes away but did not disturb us within the hotel. Height of season however could be different. All in all, a very lovely hotel. Clean, tidy and nice food. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and groups without young children. However within our party of 10, we had a 5 and a 6 year old and there is plenty to do for them within a short distance of the hotel.

My husband and I just returned from an incredible holiday at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was immaculate, with everything exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. Each meal felt like a treat, with something to satisfy every craving. We looked forward to dining each day, and it never disappointed. The entertainment was a real highlight of our stay, adding fun and energy to each evening. The team made every show feel special, and we found ourselves eagerly attending every event they put on. It really made the holiday memorable! Thank you to the team at Constantinos the Great for an amazing holiday. We’ll definitely be returning!

I went with some friends to these apartments and we are very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful. And the apartments were closed to beautiful beaches. The apartments were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to others travelling to Cyprus.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

we stayed there for the first time! we were 3 families with children. The rooms were clean. Although the kitchen could have been more well equiped, i.e cuttlery, washing liquid. Our booking was half board and to our surprise there was not a buffet for dinner. We were given 2 options to choose from. Thus, we did asked them to cook sth else for us, and they were eagered to help and served what we liked to eat. The owner and all employees were extremely polite. walking distance to Nissi avenue and Ayia Napa's square. 3 mini markets are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hemos hecho unas vacaciones familiares de cinco días en mi fiesta, y voy a escribir mis experiencias detalladas. Primero, quiero hablar de los aspectos positivos: Los niños que trabajaban en el servicio estaban muy interesados, a veces se supo que no tenían mucha información o experiencia, pero son tan ridículas y tratan de hacer algo por ustedes. Me quedé en hoteles mucho mejor y caros que este hotel, hay pocos lugares que son tan amables, trabajan, amables y sonrientes. El mar siempre es limpio, hay una playa de arena y una arena tan larga como Belek en el mar, así que me di cuenta de que los niños son muy cómodos para los adultos como nosotros, aunque sean cómodos. Las habitaciones son hermosas, no son de lujo, pero son muy buenas, grandes, bien, y la cama es muy grande y cómoda, el diseño es moderno, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. - Cada noche había un montón de peces y era delicioso... los maestros del horno eran maravillosos, lo que hacen... hacen un brazo de manzana cada mañana por la mañana, no he comido mejor... grasa, cepillo, carne de ovino también era delicioso. Ahora, lamentablemente, compartiré mis malas experiencias: - Comencemos por las habitaciones, la mayoría de los huéspedes que vienen a un hotel en Chipre son británicos, ¿por qué hay un solo prize turco en toda la habitación lleno de prizes británicos? ¡No puedes cargar el teléfono a la vez, y el único tipo de priz turco está bajo la televisión, no hay un priz adecuado en la cama! Primero, estaba encerrado en el cuarto de baño, no estaba limpiado bien, y en un restaurante, las comidas estaban contaminadas, y en un par de experimentos, siempre he encontrado mi plato. No he probado con un solo dispositivo, todos hemos probado por separado, ni en la habitación, ni en la piscina, ni en la comedora, ni en la playa. Lo toma, lo desconecta en dos minutos, lo intenta de nuevo, lo usa de nuevo, lo desconecta de nuevo, pero ya nos aburrieron y cerramos los teléfonos, no hay nada que hacer. Muchas personas usan, así que no digan que fuimos a la playa a las 6 de la mañana, de nuevo al mismo restaurante 6.30da, de nuevo al mismo restaurante. ¡Siempre hay problemas cuando nadie usa! En 2022, como la antigua antena de televisión, nos desencadenamos y buscamos una internet inalámbrico, no es nada que pase. Internet sólo estaba muy bien en el lobby, probablemente por eso, quien trabajaba, incluso yo, siempre trabajaba allí, en vez de trabajar en la habitación. Ojalá hubiera recibido dinero extra, pero no hubiéramos vivido esta mierda, y en la playa más divertida, nos conectamos a Internet wireless del hotel Limak junto a él. El hotel pasa todo incluido. Tiene alcohol. ¡Coma una botella de whisky cada hora! Coma lo que quiera. Caja de coca, cerveza, gin, vino. ¡consume lo que quiera! Nadie quiere dinero. Pero en 5 días de vacaciones, sólo bebimos un vaso de agua de naranja fresca y se aburrieron, y querían 40 libras de dinero. ¡Qué tontería! Si dijeran que no hay agua de naranja fresca, no lo hubieran hecho. Las carnes de pato eran muy malas, muy duras o muy desgustosas, y la comida era muy grasa en todas las fritas, y creo que se tiran los alimentos congelados cuando se hace frío. Me di cuenta de las comidas de platos que se llevan en las mesas, se lanzan muchas comidas, esto me entristece mucho, eso es cierto, si hubiera sido menos, pero se hubiera mostrado un poco más personal, no podíamos tomar un café turco en cinco días. No hay máquinas, lo hacen en manos... creo que se le ha dicho a los empleados que pongan poco café, siempre he intentado en diferentes bares... la misma pérdida... el café turco... que Chipre tiene un café muy bueno... - Muchos de ellos se comen en la mesa, y cuando los vimos, se comen comidas que no queríamos. Dame mucho menos comida, ya trabajan muchos cocineros, puedes darles a estos amigos para servir y distribuir comida limpia... es un servicio que ya se aplica en los hoteles, incluyendo todo lo que sea a este nivel de precios, no nuevo.

Queensbay is a family run hotel and the staff go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and at home. Ivan,the beverage manager is a gem and we appreciated his friendliness and sense of humour. We chose the inclusive deal and the food and drinks we were offered were top notch.The food catered for all tastes and was abundant and superb.There is some evening entertainment for guests,bingo,quizes,greek dancing,live music and Kareoke. The pool area is large and was enjoyed by all.The small beach on the property is beautiful and secluded. There is a nearby supermarket for necessaties. A most enjoyable time was spent at this superb hotel.

Our first trip to Ayia Napa and we so pleased we chose the Laminaki Beach Hotel - It was outstanding. The staff, the location, the food was all amazing. We went bed and breakfast and the choice at breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and hot. Our room was beautiful, clean and modern with cleaning 6 out of the 7 days we were there. The views over the pool were a delight to wake up to each morning. Reception was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and again the food was wonderful, the staff were very attentive without being overbearing. The location of the hotel was brilliant looking out over the harbour and within short walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, bus stops also very close if wanting to go a little further a field. Safe to say I think we left a little bit of our hearts in this wonderful place and without doubt we will be returning.
