Me encantó este hotel. Moderno, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Se encuentra en la quinta planta de un edificio pero es fácil de encontrar. Cerca del metro y a 10 minutos del lago. Tiene zona de lavandería. Y gimnasio. Volvería a este hotel.

Aunque reservé un tipo de habitación básica, el hotel es elegante y tiene instalaciones nuevas. Es limpio, higiénico y cómodo. La habitación es exquisita, pequeña y cálida. Hay un cargador inalámbrico en la mesita de noche. hermoso y espacioso, no está lejos del área escénica de West Lake y también es fácil andar en bicicleta. Solo toma de tres a cinco minutos. Hay el centro comercial Yintai y la plaza Wushan, la calle Hefang y la calle Gaoyin. Hay mucha comida deliciosa. Detrás del hotel está la Oficina de Seguridad Pública de Hangzhou. Xiao Wu en la recepción es muy amable y hospitalario.

Excelente ubicación para hacer turismo, especialmente en la calle Wuma. El departamento es puntual y el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son un poco espaciosas y se ofrece servicio de habitaciones si se solicita. La comida es más bien china, pero estaba buena.

La casa de familia se encuentra en la zona escénica de Xitang. Es más cómodo aparcar en el aparcamiento número 2, que está a unos 200 metros a pie. El hotel es relativamente nuevo y cuenta con buenas condiciones de higiene. Toallas de baño desechables, toallas, membranas de bañera y otros artículos desechables se encuentran en la habitación. El hotel está junto al agua y se puede ver el barco meciéndose desde el balcón. El paisaje es bastante bonito. Pensé que el segundo piso era alto y más fácil de fotografiar, pero al subir, me di cuenta de que había más obstáculos y no era tan bueno como el balcón de la habitación del primer piso que daba al agua. En general, es bastante bueno.

Después de ingresar al área escénica, tome el autobús turístico de enlace dentro del área escénica (los huéspedes que se alojen en el hotel obtienen un viaje gratuito con su certificado de check-in). El hotel no está lejos del B&B No. 62 detrás del automóvil. La propietaria es cálida y tranquila. El B&B está cerca del río. Las habitaciones dobles son habitaciones con vistas al río, son limpias y cálidas por dentro. Si quieres experimentar un B&B, no te lo pierdas. Creo que Wuzhen tiene la mejor gestión y la mejor experiencia entre las ciudades de turismo cultural nacionales y también se puede decir que es la más exitosa. Cada compra en el lugar escénico está claramente marcada con un precio y no habrá trampas, por lo que puede gastar con confianza. El momento en que vine aquí fue justo el fin de semana después de las vacaciones de verano. La escuela ya había comenzado. Era un momento para perderse el flujo máximo de gente. El área escénica estaba llena de turistas de fin de semana de las ciudades circundantes. cierto, ni más ni menos, si fuera de lunes a viernes, entre semana hay muy poca gente y se vuelve desierto y aburrido. Wuzhen es muy adecuado para llevar a familiares y amigos a pasar un fin de semana, puedes sentarte en un banco de madera o en escalones de piedra junto al río junto al agua y quedarte aturdido, sin prisas ni lento, es muy cómodo. ! El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son espaciosas y la cama cómoda. Cogimos la habitación sin ventanas y no lo recomiendo, pero la habitación estaba bien. Podía haber estado más limpio, había una mancha de sangre en una de las almohadas y una de las toallas estaba un poco rota. El personal era correcto, pero no nos supieron solucionar las dudas que teníamos respecto a algunos puntos turísticos.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Hangzhou, con varios locales de comida, bebida y de conveniencia alrededor. Hay una parada de bus en frente pero no metro. La habitacion esta limpia y tiene el tamaño suficiente para dos personas. La pega es que no se puede abrir la ventana pero quizas es debido a alguna regulacion legal. En general estoy contenta con la estancia.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Hotel donde nos alojamos solo una noche, el hotel en si es lindo y bien decorado. Al llegar, el personal solo hablaba chino, por lo que se hace muy dificil comunicarse con turistas extranjeros. La habitación estaba bien, buenas instalaciones, aunque tuvimos la mala experiencia de que la ducha no funcionaba bien, y al finalizar el baño se había inundado media habitacion. Entiendo que pudo haber sido un problema puntual. El desayuno tambien era solo para chinos, nada de comida occidental, ni siquiera habia cuchillos y tenedores, solo palillos.

Solía ​​​​alojarme en All Seasons, y este es igual que All Seasons, pero también tiene un altavoz Bluetooth automático en la habitación, por lo que puedes escuchar música tan pronto como ingresas a la habitación, y el servicio es muy bueno. Lo he revisado muchas veces y el servicio es excelente. El precio es barato, realmente lo recomiendo.
