Escogimos este B&B al azar y nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el casco antiguo, lo que facilita ir de compras. La habitación es grande y muy limpia, y desde la ventana se puede disfrutar de las vistas al casco antiguo. Además, tiene mucha luz natural y por las noches es completamente silenciosa. El propietario es súper amable y muy atento; nos recogió en la esquina, nos ayudó con el equipaje y el día que nos fuimos nos llevó a la parada de autobús. ¡Un 10 para el dueño!

El hotel está situado en Gaozhuang, en el centro de la ciudad de Jinghong, Xishuangbanna, a pocos pasos del Mercado Nocturno de las Estrellas. El transporte a los distintos lugares de interés de Xishuangbanna es muy cómodo. La zona está repleta de tiendas y restaurantes, y hay aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada del hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias, frescas y están cómodamente amuebladas con buenas instalaciones. Incluso tienen un pequeño balcón, muy práctico para relajarse y tender la ropa. El propietario es muy amable. Me alojé allí tres días durante mi viaje a Xishuangbanna y quedé muy satisfecho. ¡Muy recomendable!

Era bastante tarde cuando llegamos a Lijiang, pero el jefe estuvo esperando todo el tiempo. Estaba muy conmovido e incluso me ayudó a cargar mi equipaje. Gracias, jefe. La decoración de la habitación es de muy alta gama. La habitación que reservé también tiene bañera. Me gusta mucho el baño. Hay un delicioso té Pu'er en la recepción. Puedes beberlo todo el tiempo con recargas ilimitadas. Lo recomiendo. La limpieza también es muy limpia. Se dice que la bañera está desinfectada con 84 y se ve muy limpia. Este hotel es más bien al estilo Airbnb, donde después de registrarte te llevan a tu apartamento privado, lo cual es genial. Nos dieron una mejora gratuita y teníamos una habitación enorme con sala de estar, cocina independiente, dos baños completos y cuatro habitaciones separadas con camas cómodas. También teníamos un balcón enorme con vistas increíbles de la zona de Jinhong, que eran espectaculares tanto de día como, sobre todo, de noche (ver fotos adjuntas).
El personal fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras preguntas, además de recomendarnos deliciosos restaurantes locales fuera de las rutas turísticas habituales.
Sin duda, recomiendo alojarse aquí si viajas con un grupo de amigos o un grupo grande. Está limpio y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

這家酒店是這次滇西旅行住宿最大的驚喜。, 酒店有停車場，前台服務熱情，有求必應。, 酒店裝修很有風格，花園很漂亮，還有室外喝茶的空間以及樓頂的露台的咖啡吧，感覺在酒店裡也可以消磨上大半天。, 房間空間大，衞浴、乾濕分離。床品舒服，全屋智能控制，洗澡水還可以調節温度，水量也很大。, 公共區域還有健身房以及洗衣房。, 整體感覺，比前兩天在芒市的住的民宿大，比瑞麗住的亞朵新，軟件設施也更好。, 唯一的一個小不足，就是洗漱枱面上沒有小垃圾桶，擦臉巾或洗漱用品包裝等垃圾不方便隨手扔。對於一個整潔星人來説，不習慣隨便扔枱面上，衹能繞一下扔到衞生間垃圾桶，建議能改進一下下就完美了。

Esta es una experiencia de alojamiento perfecta. Desde el servicio y la higiene hasta las instalaciones, no tiene nada de malo. Se lo he recomendado a amigos que van de viaje de negocios. La recepción también me ayudó a planificar una ruta turística local. El restaurante recomendado estaba buenísimo y evitó por completo las críticas de famosos de internet. También había té ***** y agua mineral gratis. El precio es muy conveniente fuera de temporada, lo que resulta muy rentable.

Este es un alojamiento familiar. Me alojé aquí con mis padres. Estaba muy limpio y tenía un ambiente genial. El personal femenino, en particular, hablaba inglés y era muy amable. Me alojé dos días y pensé en quedarme otro. Debido a mi apretada agenda, decidí ir directamente a Lijiang. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí.

BBernard NguUn lugar limpio y a buen precio, ideal para quienes viajan solos. Ubicación muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a trenes y el metro de Kunming está a poca distancia. No es un hotel, sino una casa de huéspedes o una casa de familia. Todos los servicios, como comida, tiendas, supermercados, servicios de telecomunicaciones y servicio de entrega prioritario, están cerca. Los productos de cama son suaves y con la piel y el descanso es muy cómodo. La secundidad del baño, el diseño de la casa de baño, la intimidad y la experiencia de vivir en general son especialmente cómodas.
Normalmente tengo un hábito de fitness. Estoy sorprendido de que el hotel tenga una sala de fitness 24 horas en el 7o piso. El lugar no es muy grande, pero el equipo de fitness diario debe estar completo. Al lado de la sala de fitness hay una pequeña terraza, el deporte de noche termina el viento de la noche, relajado y agradable, y la experiencia es buena.
El autocarril es especialmente conveniente, el hotel cuenta con un estacionamiento gratuito, con una cabina de carga rápida y lenta, el nuevo autocarril de energía es muy seguro y la facilidad de viajar es muy alta.

AaLexxasStaying at Suye Suye Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay in Shangri-La was one of those rare travel experiences where everything — comfort, location, service, and human connection — comes together so naturally that it stops feeling like accommodation and instead feels like being gently welcomed into a home you didn’t know you had.
The homestay itself is beautifully designed, calm, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are extremely comfortable — the kind of space that immediately slows you down the moment you step inside. Nothing feels excessive, yet everything feels intentional. It was so cosy and well set up that we almost wanted to stay in rather than head out, simply because being in the room itself felt restful and grounding.
A particularly reassuring feature was the oxygen support available in the room, along with access to professional-grade medical equipment for altitude sickness at no extra cost. This level of care is rare. On my first day, I experienced mild AMS, and a short session with their equipment made a noticeable difference. By the next day, I felt significantly better and fully adjusted. That alone reflects how thoughtfully the place is run.
Location-wise, it is also very convenient — close to Shangri-La Old Town and easily accessible via ride-hailing for other areas. Despite this, the property still feels peaceful and slightly tucked away, striking a balance between accessibility and retreat.
What truly defines this homestay is the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff and owners greeted us warmly every time we walked through the door. They consistently checked in on us in a genuine, unobtrusive way, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It never felt transactional — more like being looked after by people who truly cared.
They also handled transport with great ease. The staff personally picked us up and later sent us to the railway station, removing all stress from logistics and making arrivals and departures seamless.
Over time, the experience became even more personal. The owners are incredibly humble, and we often spent hours sitting with them over tea. These weren’t formal conversations but slow, relaxed exchanges about travel, life, and everything in between. On one occasion, they shared how they once spoke with a non-chinese speaking guest until 3am using Google Translate — a reflection of how open and curious they are.
During these tea sessions, we also met other guests naturally, leading to spontaneous conversations. Language was never a barrier; the owner was comfortable bridging gaps with translation tools, and that openness made everyone feel included.
One of the most charming parts of the stay was their dog, Wu Bao (Five Treasures). Friendly and full of personality, he quickly became part of daily life. The owners even allowed us to take him out for walks, which added a lighthearted touch.
As the days passed, the relationship with the owners naturally deepened. It slowly shifted from host and guest to something closer to friendship. On one evening, they brought us out for supper and drinks, turning into one of the most genuine nights of the trip — full of laughter and effortless conversation.
In return for their kindness, we brought them some food one night, only to be warmly invited to join a home-cooked dinner. That meal felt less like hospitality and more like being part of a family gathering.
One regret is that we were so immersed in the experience that we forgot to take photos with the owners and staff — a reflection of how present everything felt.
By the end, it was clear this place is defined not just by its rooms or amenities, but by its people. The sincerity, warmth, and ease of connection are what make it unforgettable.
If we return to Shangri-La, this will be the place we stay again — not as guests, but as people returning to familiar faces, shared tea, and a place that genuinely felt like home.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio en general estuvo bien, pero definitivamente no se compara con mi experiencia en otros Banyan Tree de otras ciudades. Lo más evidente fue en el restaurante: llegué a desayunar pasadas las 8 de la mañana y, conmigo, solo éramos tres clientes. Había más personal que comensales, todos de pie, pero ninguno se acercó proactivamente. Nadie me preguntó si quería té o café, ni me presentó las especialidades del restaurante o las opciones del menú a la carta. Cuando pregunté si tenían té de mantequilla, el camarero simplemente respondió: ”¡No!”, sin mencionar que tenían café hecho con granos especiales de Yunnan. Pregunté si había algún ”menú oculto” con fideos de arroz especiales, tortillas de clara de huevo o huevos Benedict. La respuesta fue: ”No, todo eso está en el bufé”. Entonces, ¿por qué ponen tarjetas especiales en las mesas si no es para destacar las especialidades del local? Para un restaurante de cuatro estrellas, este servicio sería aceptable, pero ¡ustedes son Banyan Tree! Por otro lado, lo bueno es el paisaje. El diseño exterior, con agua corriente y árboles imponentes, crea un ambiente tranquilo y alejado del bullicio, con mucha privacidad. RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out.
YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful.
First impressions were great.
As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable.
Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup.
There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby.
Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin.
The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing.
The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay.
I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

Before sharing details about our stay, we would like to give special recognition to several team members whose outstanding service made such a positive impact on our experience: 麦克, 小钢, Alan, 小罗, and 小雨. Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. We are writing this review in large part because we hope management is aware of their incredible efforts, as they truly represent the very best of the hotel’s hospitality.
Even before we arrived, the team created a WeChat group and warmly welcomed us, making us feel cared for from the very beginning. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Upon arrival, the staff helped carry our very heavy luggage to our room and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time at the hotel. After check-in, 麦克 gave us a detailed tour of the room and thoughtfully explained how to use the oxygen supply, which immediately put us at ease. He was also incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit and things to do in the area. His advice, including reminding us not to shower on our first night due to the high altitude, helped us acclimatize comfortably and avoid altitude-related discomfort.
We also had the opportunity to make flower candles during our stay, which was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to 小钢, who patiently guided us through the activity and even carefully packed our finished candles so beautifully that all we had to do was pick them up and bring them home the next day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of the attention to detail that made our stay so special.
One of the highlights was the beautiful property and the adorable animals on-site. Alan even took the time to cut fresh carrots for us to feed the goats, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hospitality never stopped, no matter how late it was. We returned to the hotel around 11pm one evening after a long day of exploring, and 麦克 prepared comforting hot dessert soup for us (despite it being past the time for dessert soup). It was exactly what we needed and such a memorable gesture that made us feel truly cared for.
Another moment that stood out was late one night when we realized we needed extra towels and pillows. 小罗 responded quickly and kindly helped us get everything we needed despite the late hour. His willingness to assist us so promptly made us feel incredibly well looked after and was yet another example of the outstanding service we experienced throughout our stay.
We were also especially grateful to 小雨 for helping us navigate a Taobao return during our stay, which could have been quite complicated without her assistance. Several other staff members also kindly helped with collecting my package. Their teamwork and willingness to assist with something beyond the usual scope of hotel services truly impressed us.
As our trip came to an end, Alan kindly drove us to the train station early in the morning and gave us a warm send-off. It was the perfect ending to an already wonderful stay and reflected the genuine care and hospitality we experienced throughout our time at the hotel.
The warmth, attentiveness, and sincerity shown by every member of the team made our experience in Shangri-La truly wonderful. Every interaction reflected a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find, and their genuine care played a significant role in making this trip so memorable.
We are incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La. We will definitely be back!

UUsuario invitadoAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
