Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Esta vez, el hotel de Xinjiang, en Estados Unidos, ha estado en dos noches y la experiencia global supera las expectativas. La habitación asignada al hacer su estadía no es ideal. Después de remitirse a la recepción, el personal se comunica con paciencia y pronto ha ayudado a cambiar la habitación adecuada. La habitación tras la conversión está limpia, la ventilación es muy buena, las instalaciones están completas, la cama es blanda y dura, y el descanso es especialmente seguro. Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! Had another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall. One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip. Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.

Location near to Urumqi International Airport, just 20 minutes driving. The good service of this hotel is they provide free airport drop off, this consider a great service for those need to catch up flight early morning. Nearby also have some shop and restaurant.

La casa de huéspedes se encuentra justo debajo de una de las entradas al casco antiguo. Las paradas de autobús cercanas ofrecen las líneas 2 y 28 al aeropuerto, y varias líneas de autobús a la estación de tren de Kashgar, lo que facilita mucho el transporte.
