«Overall the hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep in. It's walking distance to the popular 六星街。The older lady staff who helped us checked in was friendly and gave us free breakfast.
However, the other younger staff didn't help much because we called up earlier to make arrangements for the hotel pick up at the bus station. We agreed to contact each other by Wechat. Unfortunately, the girls didn't accept my request on Wechat and hence we couldn't contact the hotel by the time we arrived at Yining bus station. As foreigners, we are only able to use Wechat to communicate with the locals in China. Then after staying for two nights, we needed transport to go to the railway station at 8.30am, however again the staff told us that the transport services start only at 9.00am - 9.00pm.
There are washing machines available, too.
Breakfast is good.»

Creo que si quieres explorar el Gran Bazar y las zonas cercanas durante un día o dos, este es un lugar tranquilo para vivir. Hay mucha fruta, comestibles y restaurantes por aquí. La infraestructura del hotel es clásica, pero en general es buena 👍🏼 Me gusta la cama 🛌 era muy cómoda. ¡No hubo problemas de sonido dentro de la habitación! Sin embargo, debido a que el pasillo es estrecho y cuando la gente pasa, hacen ruido hasta que toman el ascensor. Todos sabemos que la gente aquí es un poco ruidosa, incluso si hablan normalmente parece que gritan. Otros No encontré ningún problema con respecto a vivir en este hotel. Creo que es un buen lugar para una estancia de 2 a 3 noches.»

«My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel!
When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!»

Xiangxiangshu房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，環境好，前台工作人員服務有個小姐姐服務不好，我們到了遊客中心説來接我們，也沒説什麼車，我們等了半個多小時也沒車來，打了幾個電話她説車來了好幾趟沒接到我們，也沒給我們打電話，我們也不知道來的是什麼車，問了幾次才説是酒店的觀光車，要我們去找，最後是找到了，要我們理解她，真沒道理可講，早餐票也沒有給我們，等到晚上別的工作人員才給我們，説上午忘記了，這個小姐姐還跟我們説接送衹一次，進出要自己去坐公交車，但其他工作人員聽到後靜靜告訴我們，如果等不到公交車就打電話告訴他們，會派車接送，第二天還是這個小姐姐，我們跟她要一瓶水，她説不提供水，房間裏有，真沒有人情味，我們來新疆一個月了，就是這個小姐姐給我最不好的體驗，我住酒店一般都是給好評的，這一次給這個小姐姐差評，其他的都好。我們長者出來旅遊，要的就是服務態度好，聽了暖心，一般的人對我們會很好，我們也會説謝謝和感恩

One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome.
Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance.
For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Hace mucho tiempo que vivía en China, la última vez que salió de Aksu, vio la publicidad del aeropuerto, y esta vez lo probó.
Reservar un día antes de la cita, era yo solo. Cuando llegaba al hotel para ir al baño, salía del auto y el maestro del conductor me ayudó a llevar la maleta al hall.
No hay problema en vivir, el desayuno está bien hecho, y el día se oyó al gerente optimizar el desayuno en el terreno, y aprovechar este estilo de trabajo.

首先是位置好，去喀納斯交通中心走過去幾分鐘。早上起來出去走走，沒想到一兩百米就到了喀納斯河，沿着河走走，感覺特別好，還看見了兩衹狐狸。其次是房間不錯，睡得很舒服。再次老闆人很好，我提出拆床墊塑料布的要求，回來後果然已經拆掉了，梳化床也鋪好了，走的時候還一再要給我路上帶水。另外，早餐也不錯。好評點贊👍

When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached).
As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged .
The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row.
Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy .
We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded .
I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners?
Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit .
I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so.

Y no dejaré de repetirlo, Gracias a nuestra amazing Landlady. Cuando viajas, las personas son las que hacen el viaje memorable, y ella definitivamente hizo nuestros días en Kashgar inolvidables. El día después de que nos fuimos ya la extrañamos.
El hotel es perfecto, las habitaciones son confortables, las camas son agradables, se siente como en casa, y la ubicación es increíble.
