Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

La relación precio/rendimiento es bastante buena, por ejemplo, el precio, la ubicación, etc. son bastante buenos. Es solo que está en el piso 23 o 24 de un edificio de oficinas, por lo que es problemático esperar el ascensor durante el viaje. Además, la habitación en general sólo se puede decir que es normal, lo que puede considerarse bastante satisfactorio.

Good overall, location is close to train station but a bit far from the city and there is no taxi pickup available closely, so you'll always have to walk 200 m or so to the next road. Having no AC was uncomfortable in August, temps were around 28C all the time. I would stay here again, but not in the summer

The hotel is very conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walking distance from the monastery and also accessible on foot from the bus station. We got a room in a side alley off the main building. The room was clean, very spacious and light thanks to large roof windows. The furnishing was modern and cozy at the same time, with large comfortable beds, a small table, armchair and shelf. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fresh towels and hot water coming out of the shower  instantly. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, letting us extend our stay for an hour beyond the regular check-out time so we could pack up and use the bathroom again before our bus departed in the early afternoon. We can fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Rebkong/Tongren!

La habitación es grande, limpia, el desayuno es nutritivo, el servicio es atento y servicial, hay muchos restaurantes cerca y es conveniente comer, hay una parada de autobús frente a la puerta, es conveniente; es conveniente tomar un taxi y también es conveniente visitar lugares pintorescos; está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Xining, con recogida o regreso (aeropuerto), y es rentable.

La ubicación es muy buena. El otro lado es la calle Mojia, donde sea conveniente. La configuración de la cadena de 100 horas rápidas, la práctica de la sencilla, todo lo que debería ser. Buen servicio. Se suscribe y se firma muy pronto. Recuerdo: confirme la presión de agua en el baño antes de quedarse

Vivía en el hotel cuatro noches. La ubicación del hotel es buena, en la calle Dongguan; el servicio es bueno, ya sea la recepción o la habitación de huéspedes; la higiene ambiental es limpia.Las instalaciones están limpias? Probablemente el hotel está un poco lejos de los años, un poco viejo. La primera noche vivimos en el octavo piso, el agua de agua dulce no se puede limpiar como un desierto, y la segunda noche comenzó a cambiar una habitación del noveno piso con una presión ligera de agua más grande que puede. La comida, el desayuno sigue siendo bueno, hay muchas variedades, pero el sabor no debería ser muy adecuado para los cananeos! El hotel en general sigue siendo bueno!

The hotel room commands a beautiful city view especially during night hours. Front office provides detailed information about hotel facilities and amenities. Special thanks to Assistant Manager 小杨，she has done extra miles to ensure my stay would be a memorable one. Also provides tea time snacks including local fruits, yogurt and crackers. Supper is absolutely delicious with dumplings and sweet red bean rice balls. Of course breakfast is very wide range of choices with local and some western dishes. I like the grind coffee. Decided to extend another 3 nights. Once again a BIG thank to 小杨。

I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights.
