Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

El hotel comparte aparcamiento con otras tiendas cercanas, pero afortunadamente utiliza barriles cónicos para reservar plazas, y el precio es económico, lo cual es una ventaja. Pero permítanme hablar de sus defectos: en primer lugar, supongo que se trata de un hotel de conveniencia urbano que terminó su colaboración, por lo que cambió su nombre a ”Chengshi” y perdió el control de calidad unificado. Esto ha provocado problemas como ventanas deformadas y falta de higiene. Además, la lavandería es solo un adorno, ya que queda medio cubo de agua ácida rancia en una lavadora y la puerta de la otra no se puede abrir. Hay un olor desagradable en la ranura del detergente. Sin embargo, el hotel no subió los precios durante el feriado del Primero de Mayo, lo cual es una conducta muy responsable. Por eso le di una buena calificación. Si no tiene grandes exigencias para la situación mencionada, aún puede intentarlo.

La relación precio/rendimiento es bastante buena, por ejemplo, el precio, la ubicación, etc. son bastante buenos. Es solo que está en el piso 23 o 24 de un edificio de oficinas, por lo que es problemático esperar el ascensor durante el viaje. Además, la habitación en general sólo se puede decir que es normal, lo que puede considerarse bastante satisfactorio.

La ubicación es excelente, pero como la estación de autobuses está al lado, mucha gente se queda mirando a los extranjeros e intenta ofrecerles un taxi. Los siguen y son más molestos que en otros lugares de China. Sin embargo, la estancia en sí estuvo bien.

The hotel is very conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walking distance from the monastery and also accessible on foot from the bus station. We got a room in a side alley off the main building. The room was clean, very spacious and light thanks to large roof windows. The furnishing was modern and cozy at the same time, with large comfortable beds, a small table, armchair and shelf. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fresh towels and hot water coming out of the shower  instantly. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, letting us extend our stay for an hour beyond the regular check-out time so we could pack up and use the bathroom again before our bus departed in the early afternoon. We can fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Rebkong/Tongren!

Muchas instalaciones en diferentes pisos, pero la mayoría parecían cerradas y no disponibles. El pasillo y la habitación estaban en excelentes condiciones. Bonita distribución de las habitaciones y vistas a la ciudad. Sin embargo, la luz de la ducha no se apagaba por la noche. El escritorio de estudio estaba un poco tambaleante. El restaurante de especialidades musulmanas tiene un menú de alta gama, pero creo que los sofás no son adecuados para cenar. El desayuno buffet vegetariano gratuito del hotel era muy sabroso.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa. Mi estancia en el Hotel Enraton fue realmente memorable gracias al personal atento y servicial, especialmente a Alan en recepción. Incluso me ayudó con mi equipaje y organizó la recogida y la entrega. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda con un equipo que realmente se preocupa por la satisfacción del huésped.
