和同事來這裏出差，房間挺大的，打掃的也挺乾淨，暖氣很熱，開窗户都不覺得冷，酒店離中蘇金街和萬達都不遠，步行的話都在1公里以內，附近吃飯的地方其實挺多的，就是我這邊冬天有些店就不開門了。

This hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. I always stay here whenever I visit this city. Even though it’s a 4-star hotel, it feels much better than many 5-star hotels. The quality of service and the overall experience is top-notch. I would also like to highlight one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Erenhot. It was my first time visiting Erenhot to do shopping and I chose this hotel as it was a recently opened brand new hotel. Indeed, the bedsheets, the towels were all new, the bathroom, the lights, the curtains, they are are all smart! The hotel interior is awesome! And I gotta say, I really loved the amenities. Omg the hair dryer was something I have never experienced before. I wanted to buy that brand of hairdryer for myself too. Oh and you gotta wake up early to have full breakfast, otherwise it gets finished and the kitchen don’t refill them. I forgot to take more pictures, but you can see them in their page. The hotel gives snacks every evening, oh so thoughtful 😍❤️

Had an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed. The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕. Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Smooth Check-In: Checking in was quick and hassle-free. Easy Commute: Though not downtown, getting to the center was simple with Didi. Yummy Breakfast: Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a great stay. Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.
