The hotel interior is really beautiful with strong chinese culture. We had activites at night 7.30 pm, learning about taoism culture and some taichi moves. I also tried copying scriptures, really fun. The lobby and tea seats were really beautiful. The hotel also provides evening desserts such as boiled red bean and other drink which I don't know the name. From my room window I could sunrise, but the next day was cloudy and nanyan palace was folded in thick fog which gave misterious yet calming feeling. Bathroom was clean, which I was glad for (really important for me). Breakfast was delicious (I love the wonton soup) and the staff were all very friendly. Next time if I have chance to visit Wudang Mountain again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Nuestra experiencia en el Atour Hotel Wuhan fue excelente. La habitación cumplió plenamente nuestras expectativas y ofrecía unas vistas increíbles. La limpieza era impecable y disponían de servicio de lavandería disponible a cualquier hora, lo cual resultó muy práctico. Además, ofrecían agua durante toda la estancia, un detalle muy conveniente. El servicio fue especialmente amable y profesional, ayudándonos en todo momento. Queremos destacar al recepcionista (foto adjunta), que siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y se esforzaba por comunicarse con nosotros. Por último, la ubicación del hotel era excelente.

Esta es mi sexta estancia en el Marco Polo. Quedé muy satisfecho con las anteriores. Esta vez, me sentí muy decepcionado. No sé si se debe a las vacaciones o a otra cosa. 1. Al registrarme, no me indicaron el número de piso del salón ejecutivo. El ascensor no subía. 2. La luz del armario no se apagaba la primera noche. Contacté con el personal y me dijeron que era normal. Les comenté que ya lo habían arreglado muchas veces y que esto nunca había sucedido. El hotel lo arregló al día siguiente. 3. A la 1:30 de la madrugada, hubo un problema en la habitación de al lado. Me despertó el personal hablando durante más de diez minutos, sin tener en cuenta a los demás huéspedes. Tengo grabaciones de vídeo y audio como prueba. La grabación se hizo a través de la puerta y el sonido es muy claro. 4. A las 6:30 de la tarde, el salón ejecutivo aún no había preparado los postres ni la fruta. Muchos platos llevaban más de una hora sin reponer. La comida no estaba tan buena como antes; era simplemente normalita. Antes, los platos de carne eran una parte importante del menú, pero cuando fui sobre las 18:00, apenas repusieron los platos hasta las 19:30. Una experiencia decepcionante. 5⃣️ No me dieron fruta de bienvenida, algo que siempre hacían en estancias anteriores; tuve que llamar y pedirla yo mismo. 6⃣️ Si pides comida para llevar en este hotel, normalmente la dejan en el vestíbulo y tienes que bajar a recogerla; nadie la lleva a casa. 7⃣️ Al abrir la ducha, el agua salía directamente al suelo. ¿No debería apuntar la alcachofa hacia dentro? La loción corporal también estaba vacía cuando llegué; ¿no la revisan durante la limpieza de la habitación? 8⃣️ La plancha era muy difícil de usar y, lo que es peor, el cable estaba expuesto. Por favor, mejoren la seguridad de los artículos de baño. Los únicos puntos positivos fueron el excelente servicio en el salón ejecutivo; el personal fue muy responsable y atento, y los gofres del desayuno estaban deliciosos.

Me alojé recientemente en el Somerset Future Center Wuhan y quedé completamente impresionado con cada aspecto de mi experiencia. Atendemos nuestras peticiones especiales; podemos pedir prestada una silla de ruedas para ayudar a mi madre a desplazarse, y estamos sumamente agradecidos. Durante mi estancia, tuve el privilegio de conocer a personal maravilloso como Daisy, Kylie y Amy del restaurante. Fueron absolutamente maravillosas, atentas y siempre dispuestas a hacer un esfuerzo adicional para garantizar una experiencia excepcional. El desayuno fue excepcional, con una amplia variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas para todos los gustos. Los fideos secos calientes y los fideos con carne estaban riquísimos y de primera calidad. The hotel room is spacious, tidy, and quite clean, with a very affordable price. Most importantly, the location is excellent — there are plenty of food and drinks just downstairs, including restaurants, fruit stalls, and beverages. It’s also very convenient to get a taxi, and the place is easy to find.

This hostel was incresibly good. I wonder why its not having a 10 star rating. Its super clean and well maintained. Dorms are very spacious. Lot of common space , a living area, reading room, resting room. Lot of snacks to buy, water dispenser everything. Very close to the main area that turns into a food street at night after 10. Luckin coffee and many other eateries nearby. Affordable place. 5 mins walking to Pengialing metro station and park.

For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep. Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.
