El dueño del hotel habla inglés muy bien. Recomienda lugares para visitar, restaurantes, cafeterías y organiza un traslado en coche desde Wanfenglin a Guiyang por solo 170 yuanes por persona. El desayuno es delicioso, los fideos son suaves y sabrosos. El alojamiento es muy bueno. Estamos muy contentos con el hotel, que es de más de 5 estrellas. El perro y el gato son muy cariñosos.

La habitación era espaciosa, impecable y estaba totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades. El servicio fue cálido, atento y muy detallado. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la estación de tren de alta velocidad y la estación de autobuses, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Como nuestro tren salía a las 3 de la tarde, nos permitieron hacer el check-out un poco más tarde de forma gratuita, lo cual fue un gran detalle. ¡Muy recomendable! Y no, no soy un crítico pagado; solo quiero destacar que este hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Tongren y de la estación de autobuses para ir al Monte Fanjing, lo que es súper práctico. ¡Espero que esta información sea útil para otros viajeros!

Reservé una suite de hotel para ver el río Wuyang. Llegué con grandes expectativas, ya que la reserva indicaba que tenía 88 metros cuadrados, pero me sorprendió que me asignaran dos habitaciones: una con vistas al río y otra con vistas a la ciudad, situada junto al pasillo. Tras quejarme al hotel, nos asignaron dos habitaciones con vistas al río en la segunda y tercera planta. El hotel estaba justo al lado del río Wuyang y quedé satisfecho con las instalaciones, el servicio y las comodidades, incluida la bañera de la habitación. Al abrir las cortinas, la vista nocturna del río era increíblemente hermosa. También había muchos restaurantes cerca, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la suite de 88 metros cuadrados no existía desde el principio. Esto es algo que definitivamente debes tener en cuenta al reservar.

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

During check on also need call hotel arrange transport from east door bring over to hotel. If wanna visit than inform hotel arrange transport to east door and from east door end of at west door and back to east door ask hotel transport bring back to hotel.

Great location, nice new clean hotel, nice big room with big bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of asian and Western food choices. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle bus is convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience, good value for money and highly recommend this hotel.
