Even after checking in at 3pm, my bed wasn't ready. They give you key cards to open your lockers, but they are not used for opening your Capsule. Your Capsule can be simply opened by pushing the doors, which feels quite unsafe considering it could be opened by anyone else. Moreover, the upper and lower bunk numbers are distinguished by signs showing the shape of the doors (rounded or squared), which could be easily mistaken. I had somebody else lying in my Capsule once I opened it. This should be improved by the hostel. At least they can make it clear by using arrows writing up and down.

Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

This guesthouse in Montreal offers exceptional service. While the cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired, the staff's friendliness and the overall facilities were outstanding. I had a very pleasant stay thanks to the hospitable team.

La ubicación es excelente. Si el piso es alto y la habitación se dirige al este, el paisaje del hotel puede basicamente abarcar toda la ciudad y el castillo de Beijing. Durante la estancia se le dijo que el restaurante de la mañana en el piso superior sólo estaba abierto durante el fin de semana. Una cosa más incondicional es que no había nadie en la recepción a las 11:30 de la noche. La única forma de contactar es llamar a la recepción, esperando unos diez minutos para que los empleados de la recepción ayuden a hacerlo. Las instalaciones de los cuartos también son más antiguas.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

It is very clean hotel. Feels like recently renovated. Good location in Gatineau. Closed to casino and many restaurant.

Ubicado en el corazón del Viejo Quebec, el hotel gozaba de una ubicación sumamente conveniente y el personal de atención al cliente nos asignó una habitación con una vista magnífica. La habitación era amplia y el servicio, en general, excelente. El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y ofrece servicios, pero es necesario solicitarlos personalmente. Los obsequios para niños fueron un detalle muy agradable si se viaja en familia. Otros huéspedes deben tener en cuenta que existen dos opciones de estacionamiento: 1. Estacionamiento propio (más económico) 2. Servicio de valet parking (más caro). El personal de estacionamiento nos indicó que había muchos autos y nos presionó para entregar las llaves, sin ofrecernos la opción de valet parking. Si bien el hotel está bien mantenido, aún se encuentra algo antiguo. Si viaja con niños pequeños, es posible que necesiten ayuda para alcanzar los lavabos o el jabón, etc. En general, una estancia agradable.
