UUsuario invitadoThe name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

BBerry.monI would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague. For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless. So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us. On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.

Room has no heating function, but we could turn on the air- conditioning function to offset the low temperature and kept the room to a comfortable 25.5deg C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Added the conceirge on wechat and they constantly checked in on us to see if our needs were met. Breakfast was good with both international breakfast and local breakfast available. Will definitely stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou again if we were to visit again.

TTripzeiraLa habitación del hotel es cómoda, pero la realidad es un poco diferente a los videos y fotos de la aplicación. La piscina de aguas termales no funcionaba, el lugar del desayuno estaba helado, lo que hace que la comida se enfríe minutos después de que la ponemos en el plato. De todos modos, tiene una buena variedad de comida para el desayuno. La calefacción por suelo radiante en la habitación fue la mejor parte. Además, la recepcionista fue muy servicial cuando necesité algo, nos comunicamos por WeChat. Otro punto bueno es que el hotel tiene un restaurante, por lo que no es necesario salir a buscar comida. Utilicé el servicio de traslado para ir al lugar pintoresco, también fue bueno.

JJAMESGreat location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

VViki7upEl primer autobús salió de Chengdu y llegó al hotel por la tarde. Cuando entré en el hotel, la chica de recepción estaba jugando con su teléfono móvil. Pensé que estaba respondiendo mensajes. Esperé en silencio durante dos o tres minutos sin mirarla. La primera impresión no fue buena. Lo que es aún más frustrante es que hubo un problema con el agua caliente para ducharse por la tarde. El agua estaba siempre tibia y nunca caliente. Estaba tan helado que me estaba volviendo loco. ¡Creí que tenía que dar una mala reseña! El desayuno es sencillo pero abundante. Sólo mencionaré algunos aspectos positivos. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zanja y de los restaurantes. Podéis hacer una reserva para tomar un baño termal en familia (¡pero debe ser después de las 17h!). Podrás recoger agua, frutas y algunas galletas en el vestíbulo. Ah, y como me moría de frío, me pusieron la calefacción en el suelo, así que hacía mucho calor por la noche.

UUsuario invitadoEl paisaje es de 100 puntos, ¡la máxima puntuación! La vista es incluso mejor que la del hotel Ten Thousand Yuan, no muy lejos. Compré dos paquetes de 999 yuanes y me quedé cuatro noches en total. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que el hotel está ubicado en la cima de una montaña, por lo que la presión del agua caliente definitivamente no es suficiente. El flujo de agua es muy fino, pero no hay problema para ducharse y lavarse el cabello; la habitación utiliza un sistema inteligente para controlar el luces y cortinas, tiene altavoz Bluetooth, el baño también tiene calefacción y hay calefacción por suelo radiante, lo cual es realmente impresionante; además, no está disponible comida para llevar y el hotel tiene su propio restaurante, el precio no es alto y es delicioso. los platos fríos para el desayuno son súper deliciosos, es mi favorito, y la actitud de servicio del personal también es muy buena, el único inconveniente es que el recojo y regreso al hotel son separados y los envían al fondo. de la montaña a las 08:20, y luego cambiar el minibús a la entrada del lugar escénico a las 08:40, y enviarlo de regreso montaña abajo/directamente al hotel a las 16:20 de la tarde. Utilicé el mismo conductor para recoger y dejar a los amigos posteriores, por lo que los amigos que vienen a quedarse no tienen que preocuparse por esto. A este precio puedo alojarme en un hotel tan bueno. En general estoy muy satisfecho, incluso puedo decir que encontré un tesoro.
