So first: This is a serviced apartment. It is very spacious, has a kitchen (25 francs a day if you use it), a nice saloon and also a washing machine (free). It is also in a good location and everything is clean. The negative side was that in the bathroom there was no ventilation, so after showering it wouldn't smell good and I needed to close the door. I would try another hotel next time, just to try, but I still fully recommend this hotel. It's really near the train station and the tram station!

친절하고 깨끗합니다. 공항에서 나와서 다른 도시로 가기전에 하루 묵기에 적당해요. 조식 저는 너무 좋았어요. 요란한 요리는 없지만 소박하고 신선한 음식이라서 엄마도 좋다고 하셨어요. 방끼리 소음 문제가 있긴한데 기절해서 자면 몰라요 ㅋ 위치 너무 좋아서 추천합니다.

This is a great hotel at a great location. Just opposite the train station n near the famous shopping street. Can walk to the river and National Museum behind the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Even the house keepers are very professional. Breakfast is not bad but always same type of food.

Helvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably clean—even the shower screen was nearly spotless. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel. The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich.

Me sentí invadido por la inquietud antes de quedarme en el Swiss Star California. Había leído algunos comentarios negativos en Google Maps y trip.com, y el temor a lo que pudiera salir mal se cernía sobre mí. Sin embargo, el destino quiso que mis temores fueran infundados: el hotel, o mejor dicho, el apartamento de servicio, resultó ser una agradable sorpresa y superó mis expectativas. La habitación estaba limpia, bien equipada y no estaba nada mal. La calefacción funcionó perfectamente, lo cual fue un alivio, ya que en Zúrich era un febrero helado. Tenían todo lo que uno esperaría de una habitación de hotel básica. Pero una advertencia: después de reservar su estadía, asegúrese de revisar su correo electrónico. Recibirá un mensaje del hotel, no solo una confirmación, que contiene el código de acceso y el número de habitación. Sin esta información, es posible que se encuentre varado afuera de la puerta, sin nadie que reciba sus llamadas o lo ayude con el check-in. Confía en mí; Sé lo que se siente al quedarse abandonado y buscar desesperadamente ayuda en Trip.com. Además, si tienes mucho equipaje, quizás quieras orar por una habitación en la planta baja o en el primer piso. Lamentablemente el edificio no dispone de ascensor. Sin embargo, no olvidemos que este es uno de los lugares más económicos donde alojarse en Zurich. Teniendo esto en cuenta, ¿quién podría realmente esperar comodidades de lujo y un servicio de primer nivel? Considerándolo todo, Swiss Star California resultó ser una agradable sorpresa y una excelente relación calidad-precio.

La habitación está muy limpia en general y el baño es más grande que el dormitorio. Me alojé aquí durante 4 días seguidos y la limpieza fue muy oportuna todos los días. Hay un supermercado cooperativo a decenas de metros de distancia, lo cual es muy conveniente. Puedes llegar a la estación de tren a pie o tomando un autobús.
