The City Apartment Zug ★★★

"The room service was practically nonexistent; the door was locked, and I couldn't find anyone. I was extremely anxious. I'm very grateful to the hotel manager on Ctrip for helping me contact the hotel, but even Ctrip's staff couldn't reach me. If this is your first time visiting ZUGG, please choose carefully."

VISIONAPARTMENTS Zug - self check-in ★★★

"¡Estaba asqueroso! Había manchas de sangre y otras manchas marrones y anaranjadas en el colchón. Había pelos de al menos otras dos personas en la cama. Cabello largo y *****, y cabello rubio y rizado. ¡La lámpara de la cama estaba rota! La puerta del balcón estaba rota. La alfombra apestaba y había bichos. ¡De lo peor! ¡Nunca había visto una habitación tan asquerosa!"

Park Hotel Zug ★★★★
