The hotel does not look a 4 star hotel. The staff does not how to receive a guest while check in. Intercom phones were not working. Had terrible time while ordering food. Very small bath room with very limited toiletries. Food quality was average. Many three star hotels are better that this 4 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

nice place to stay. near to all markets including sector 17 market itself and sector 22 market is also very nearby.....staff behaviour and their service was excellent.... five star rating to this hotel 👍👍👍

Location is good. Neat and clean rooms and great breakfast. Wifi was fast. Service was good and discount on dinner

The location of the hotel is nice, staff were nice . But just upset that we left the hotel for a day but our room wasnt clean at all ( no dnd sign in the room) Amenities were nice have lotion, shampoo, shower gel all were dove brand .But dont have dental kits shaver and other basic necessities.
