The hotel does not look a 4 star hotel. The staff does not how to receive a guest while check in. Intercom phones were not working. Had terrible time while ordering food. Very small bath room with very limited toiletries. Food quality was average. Many three star hotels are better that this 4 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is nice, staff were nice . But just upset that we left the hotel for a day but our room wasnt clean at all ( no dnd sign in the room) Amenities were nice have lotion, shampoo, shower gel all were dove brand .But dont have dental kits shaver and other basic necessities.

It was a nice and really comfortable stay. Easy to locate as it is right on the main street. Staff were polite, easily reachable and helpful. Scan and order food was the best thing that served delicious food. Overall a great stay.

I recently stayed at hotel sun park and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Overall, our experience at hotel sun park exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and mouthwatering food made for a memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

When the room was booked for 3 adults, toiletries should be kept for all of them. Fridge should have been stacked with soft drinks ( ofcorse can be charged later). Very important, no exhaust in washroom which was quite surprising. Hope hotel considers the above and improve the facility. Thanks
