The repairman came and said it was an old plumbing problem, but there was nothing he could do. He said just drain the water for ten minutes. After draining it for over half an hour, the water was still yellow. We were so tired that night, so we just had to make do with a shower. The hotel knew it was an old plumbing problem but never fixed it. For some reason, they didn't proactively inform guests or offer compensation, perhaps because they didn't care about their guests staying. It still falls short of a star-rated hotel in every aspect. Although the price is quite high at over 900 yuan a night, I hope this issue will be addressed soon. As a local, I also hope Xijiang becomes a hallmark of Zigui's service!"
