The hotel is very closed to Gangbei port. Easy to access. The hotel is surrounded with a variety of big and small shops that you can choose to eat. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very polite and helpful.
The only thing I don't like is that so guests were smoking at the lobby.

房間清潔到位，達到4星酒店乾淨程度。浴室廁格乾濕分離，浴室值得一讚，空間很大，有大浴缸外，還有很寛落淋浴空間。房間內有微波爐及大雪櫃，可在附近商場買了便食返酒店叮來食。
早餐不俗，雖然款式不是很多，但味道不錯，基本有的都有。兒童遊戲室內有一個波波池及滑梯，設施新淨，俾小朋友放電一流。前台職員有禮貌。停車場有2層，車位充足，有多充電位。駕車到十字門華髮商都5至6分鐘，是一個足夠民生生活的商場。

酒店、按摩房的環境是不錯的，而且設施看得出都保養得比較好和較新。我們是凌晨12點入住的，早在兩週前就訂好，但從前台的表現中看出，酒店方完全遺漏了我們這個訂單，所以前台看上去比較驚慌和緊張，不淡定的表現，讓身為客人的我們也感到不安。在我們訂了酒店的前提下，酒店員工還是在問我們收取過夜費，在我們多次提到我們有訂房後，酒店員工才沒有再問（酒店方是否存在不合理消費的操作？）。雖然最後事情解決了，但是體驗感已經變差。在進入到沐浴區，因為沒有把儲物櫃關上，被員工數落了一頓，我來享受服務的，就算我沒有關上，我認為員工都可以幫客人關上，或者態度好一點去提醒客人，我都會接受，但是員工態度惡劣，加上前台的問題，已經令我感到非常不滿。另一位同伴也說出沐浴區衛生欠佳，在洗澡的地方居然有固體排泄物，雖然是公共空間，但是這個問題也很嚴重了吧？

SshashaEl hotel es bastante conveniente. Hay un autobús de enlace al Ocean Park. El bebé es familiar. También está muy cerca del gran circo a pie. El buffet es rico y la habitación es cómoda. Puede pedir un extra. cama y cerca para almohadas y demás. Lo único que lamento es que el clima no es bueno el 1 de mayo, con fuertes vientos y fuertes lluvias, y no lo pasé bien. Hay muchos animales marinos viviendo en el Ocean Park. que viven cómodamente, sanos y animados Volveré la próxima vez. ¡Finalmente, me gustaría agradecer a la hermosa señorita Alina por su cálida recepción!

DDenne GohI had an excellent stay at Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai! The location is absolutely ideal, just a stone’s throw away from the Hengqin immigration customs, making travel between Zhuhai and Macau incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day.
Service was top-notch—staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The facilities, including the gym and communal spaces, added to the overall experience, making it feel more like a lifestyle hub than just a hotel.
It is also near to mall with a lot of food and this attached photo of the tourist attraction but I am not sure what it is called. Overall, Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers who want a comfortable and well-located stay. Highly recommended!

LLG CatThis is a great midrange hotel with everything the average traveler may need. There is a small gym room and a couple of free laundry machines. These are both on the 31st floor as is the lobby. When you enter on the ground floor there’s nothing. It’s kind of a weird feeling. However, just go to the elevators and go to the 31st floor where the lobby is. Rooms are as described.
Service: I got superb service from Jimmy and from Xena, both at the front desk. Jimmy came to my room around 2am to help me with turning on the air conditioning as it has been a very hot day. Xena patiently helped to sort out my reservations. Both were always very helpful whenever I needed help.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

Se tarda unos diez minutos a pie hasta el puerto de Gongbei (también hay autobuses en la puerta), la estación de tren de Zhuhai y el punto de partida del autobús turístico de Huanhai en Lovers Road. La habitación es pequeña, compacta y muy limpia. Llovió cuando nos registramos y las habitaciones estaban equipadas con sombrillas, lo que no afectó el viaje. El desayuno en el hotel también es muy rico. El personal de recepción es muy amable y pacientemente me dice dónde comer y disfrutar cerca.
Una experiencia de estadía muy satisfactoria, muy recomendable…
