Convenience location can easily find restaurant and mart at downstairs of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Hotel room wall bit dirty some stains on the wall

This is the second time we booked this hotel. Last time our stay was good so we decided to give it another go. Turned out to be horrendous. We started to have a strong, feces-like odour at around 11pm. The smell quickly filled the room. We called the front desk and a technician was sent to the room. All he did was just flushing the toilet once, which was clean before he did so. Unsurprisingly the odour still existed. Nowhere to see customer service personnel, and the staff was not paying attention when we called the front desk, we went down to the front desk to have a face-to-face exchange. After demanding for a room change, they provided a family room at 9/F, which was decent and quieter than the original one. The manager told us the problem have been existing for a long time.
