The front desk service was good, and they took the initiative to change our room to a larger one. The interior was newly painted, the bedding was quite new, and it was clean and hygienic. However, there was no toothbrush provided, so we went down to pick it up. It's probably because my aunt forgot to put it in after cleaning. It's very quiet, and the room has good sound insulation, which does not affect sleep

The location is ok just 8 minute walk from a Department store and fresh food market where you can buy fruits, bread, etc. I book triple room which is huge with round shape sofa and working table. Toilet is separated from shower room which is convenient when you stay for 3 persons. Breakfast is also good with variety of food. We stayed there for going to Putuoshan, we took taxi about 10 mins to the ferry dock.

房間非常乾淨，還有小童遊樂區入住舟山東港開元名庭酒店，這場旅行體驗堪稱滿分！酒店佔據東港黃金地段，旁邊達杉杉奧特萊斯，各類品牌折扣豐富，血拚暢快淋漓；隔壁的親子主題遊樂場充滿童趣，旋轉木馬、迷你過山車等設施，讓孩子玩得不亦樂乎。步行十多分鐘到凱虹廣場，美食街裏海鮮麪館熱氣騰騰，網紅奶茶店、特色餐廳雲集，味蕾得到極大滿足。飯後踱步至海濱公園，吹着海風欣賞落日餘暉，或是前往普陀大劇院觀看一場精彩演出，盡享愜意時光。
酒店內的配套設施也十分完備，健身房器材專業，洗衣房配備烘乾設備，方便又省心；小童樂園佈置温馨，玩具豐富多樣，家長可以放心託管孩子。服務更是一大亮點，從前台熱情耐心辦理入住，到客房服務細緻入微，工作人員還貼心分享了本地人常去的海鮮排檔和小眾遊玩地。這次入住，從周邊玩樂到酒店服務，都讓人賓至如歸，下次來舟山還會首選這裏！

這次出行選擇了舟山普陀開元名庭，入住後感覺非常滿意。酒店的位置很好，周邊交通便利，離公交站，商場，碼頭都很近，出行和吃飯很方便。酒店的價格不低，但性價比很高。房間很大，同事佈置得很温馨，乾淨整潔，床也比較舒服，讓我在旅途中能有一個良好的休息環境。房間內的基本設施都有，空調、電視、熱水等都很正常，衞生間也很乾凈，沒有什麼異味。酒店的服務人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房手續都很快，還會耐心地給我介紹周邊的旅遊景點和美食。總之，對於這樣的服務和環境，真的是超出了我的預期，下次來還會考慮住這裏。
其他方面也沒有讓我失望。房間打掃得非常乾淨，物品擺放整齊，床單被罩潔白如雪，讓人感覺很舒服。房間內的設施雖然不是很豪華，但都很實用，該有的都有，而且都能正常使用。有什麼問題詢問前台答覆的也都很快，有什麼問題現場就能解決，周邊有很多餐館和便利店，買東西和吃飯都很方便。酒店的服務人員很熱情，見到客人都會主動打招呼，讓人出門在外也感覺到在家一般的温暖，最讓我驚喜的是酒店的早餐，雖然種類不是很多，但都是一些家常的美食，中西都有，味道很不錯，小朋友一米二一下還可以免費用餐。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！迎賓小哥主動幫忙搬運行李到房間，還貼心提醒我早餐時間和健身房開放時段，從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情與專業，前台快速辦理入住，還貼心推薦了周邊美食和景點。客房佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠。最讓我感動的是第二天的經歷，早上出門太急把房卡落在房間，回來時滿頭大汗地跑到前台，工作人員不僅迅速幫我補辦，還遞上冰涼的濕毛巾讓我擦汗。房間衞生的無可挑剔，早餐更是驚喜，中西式菜品豐富多樣，現做的煎蛋、熱粥，還有當地特色小吃，味道超讚。酒店的健身房設施完備，維護得很好，鍛鍊放鬆兩不誤。整體服務細緻入微，無論是清潔人員還是安保人員，遇見都會微笑問好。強烈推薦這家酒店，下次還會選擇入住！
