It is only a 300 meter walk away from Dinghai Park and Haibin Park, and the surrounding snacks, catering, shopping, and entertainment are all available. The hotel will be fully renovated in 2023, with 60 rooms of various types, The room decoration style is unique, the design is novel, comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides free parking space, the room provides free mineral water, and guests who stay in the hotel can enjoy corresponding discounts by holding a room card to the foot bath on the 5th floor and the KTV on the 6th floor. 有停車場，還是非常方便。酒店沒有窗户，外賣直接送上門，空調製熱效果很好。雖然因為行程安排，我不得不住兩個晚上，但是不得不吐槽，酒店不知道怎麼想的，為什麼要在樓上開夜總會，一晚上吵的不得安寧，整個樓都在震動，心臟病都快被音樂震出來了，非常的吵，下次不會光顧了。

設施：設備陳舊，空調異響，衞生間的排風扇也異響；
衞生：衞生條件差，異味嚴重，地板發黴腐蝕，廁所的隔離玻璃乾脆沒有，直接塑料布伺候；
環境：環境昏暗，有的設備沒什麼用卻佔個地方，屋子本身就不大，裏面還硬生生㩙了一套4人坐的象棋麻將桌
服務：也就剩下服務還算正常。

房間有噪音，影響睡覺，入住超半小時（前台未提前告知）不給免費換房，要求加30換同等房型（入住後房間衹是床單動了點，其他完好），服務體驗不好。最後酒店沒給其他解決方案。差評！
