I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

The reception staff are really good. They face so many customer pressures of questions and quick checkin and they are doing their best to maintain good composure. Concierge is also very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a good spread. Will patronise Le Meridien again at Zhengzhou.

En este hotel me gustaba mi estancia con un personal amigable y un excelente servicio. El hotel está situado en una zona de cerca de la ciudad, pero no se encuentra en la zona de la ciudad. Este hotel sería bueno para los viajeros de negocios o para los que desean disfrutar del servicio rápido, la ausencia de gente ruidosa, buena cocina o simplemente descansar después del vuelo.

非常滿意、服務態度用5星都不足以表達了、是我住過的服務態度最好的一間酒店了、把“賓至如歸”這句話發揮的淋漓盡致。感覺老闆是不是用做慈善的方式來做生意的、太佛心了。 酒店位置還不錯、叫車方便、周邊有早餐店大飯店宵夜按摩店理髮店超市、機能不錯的。 每次經過櫃枱、他們都會站起來真心誠意地向你問好、雖然是小細節、但説明員工真的很努力在自己的工作上。這在日本和台灣的很多連鎖高級酒店都不太能做得到、 備品該有的都有：刮鬍刀刮鬍泡、梳子、浴帽、棉花棒都有。刮鬍刀是質量還不錯的那種、刮鬍泡也好用、特別牙膏挺好用、採購人員挺會挑東西的。 免費代客洗衣要給個大讚：第一天晚上來收走待洗衣服、然後洗烘加熨燙、第二天中午前可以拿到嶄新的衣服。 早餐：我原來沒有訂早餐、但櫃枱送了一個早餐給我、相比大型五星級酒店、早餐種類不是特別多、但是也是夠吃了、味道挺好吃的、有各種炒菜、胡辣湯小米粥油條奶油饅頭、屬於小而精的類型。 退房的時候櫃枱還問我要不要帶一瓶水路上喝、真的好貼心。
